At 11:00 pm I had to go out to the lobby and ask a group of people to quiet down as they were talking loudly while relaxing in the lobby. The desk clerk was nowhere to be seen. They should have asked the party to quiet down. The breakfast was horrible. Went at 8:55. There was absolutely NOTHING. All of the chaffing dishes were empty, no waffles or muffins. Literally everything was empty. No 2% milk so I used half and half, it was spoiled! The muffins were cold and inedible. You have to toast your waffles, they are cold. No syrup, empty.

reserved a king bed room. found out in the room that it was 2 queen beds. Spoke with front desk and all they would say is sorry. Spoke with manager and got the same response. Since we had booked the room through a third party and were not Marriot bonvoy members they did hold the room but gave it to a Marriot rewards member prior to our arrival. No word prior to our arrival and certainly no word from the manager that checked us in when we arrived. Poor communication and indifferent, too bad, attitude from management when I expressed my disappointment.

Neighbors were loud, our shower water wasn’t hot enough. The first night our a sink kept backing up, but they fixed it

The beds are always amazing. The room was also great with pleasant staff to greet you.

The breakfast was terrible. The coffee was cold and fresh oatmeal would have been better than bagged. Also, the breakfast attendant was of little help and in the back on his phone when another guest asked for his help. I also have no idea why I was charged for parking.
