Friendly staff from reception, to kitchen, to maintenance.

Bathtub gets clog very easily. But maintenance are quick to fix.

i loved how the suite looked and how it was spacious.

honestly the pull out couch just look nasty and dirty. I felt like it needed to be replaced.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. In fact, it was unusable. Slept on couch instead!

My bill came to $481.60 but showed up on my bank as $510.00. Why $28.40 more? I emailed to ask but never got a response. Kind of bothers me

I didn’t have your breakfast & this location was just at the right location for my Quick departure . I really thought it was very quiet there & comfortable . The coffee machine in the room , wasn’t a Starbucks queragec which I thought there was. And the fridge didn’t have any ice .

If there was an assistant to help transfer my luggage to my room , Would have been a great help . I didn’t know where I could have. Bought any snacks or anything after 10pm . Your TV didn’t show many options of hotel service. And your guest couch could have had another pillow & Blanket . Would have been Great .

dogs barking all night, room had dirty dishes, no housekeeping even though we stayed 2 nights

The facilities were generally well kept, the room was large and clean.

The air conditioner kept turning on randomly at night so we’d go from too warm to freezing while trying to sleep

after charging my card they claimed they had an “error” on there end and continued to try and charge my card over night EVERY HOUR!! Even after I was able to provide them with banking info and transaction numbers that I clearly paid!! I had to call my bank to tell them this hotel was attempting fraud. I’f you can PAY CASH!
