The room was nice. Clean bed & bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Parking lot not big enough to support fully or majorly booked hotel. The hallway was hot despite the air conditioner blowing. Might be partly due to a high heat index that stay.

We certainly enjoyed the staff especially Mary at the front desk! She was very compassionate, accommodating, and resourceful! And we love the cleanliness of the place and the greeting with the freshly baked cookies was a plus!

The only problem we had were with the televisions and two of the rooms so we ended up moving to a third room because one of the televisions did not come on and the second television was programmed to someone else's account and we could not get it to work but the third room was just as charming and had no issues at all it was a great stay, and very comfortable and thank God for Mary at the front desk who came to our rescue all three times! She is a great asset to your hotel and a blessing as well as a smiling face to all of those entering the doors!

I think its ridiculous that they raised the incidental fee from 50 to 150. Not to mention you have to wait 7-10 days to be refunded on a charge that is not a real charge. Absurd

Nice clean, comfortable room. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Some of the other guest were questionable plus the smells at times weren’t great.

The hostess Maria and Mary were the best. I really love that they took care of all my needs and helped me throughout my stay

Breakfast was OK. There was a variety to choose from. Location convenient to interstate.

Refrigerator was not working. No instructions for the TV available. Had to go to front desk to get coffee pods as only decaf available in room. Beds was too soft. Not what we expected based on reviews on Booking.com.
