Property was clean and comfortable

We liked everything

Check in around 3p and it was great. When I went down to assist my family with Check in it was an issue....

Evening staff front desk was rude.

The room was clean and location was close to everything we wanted to do.

The bathroom was nothing fancy and the pool area seemed dirty.

It's clean. The room is large. Great location.

The pool is not heated.

front desk wasn't flexible to change room from king to 2 queen bed room. Also, front desk did not provide extra comforter and pillows.

Cookies were good. Staff was kind but very un knowledgeable.

We booked here EXCLUSIVELY for pool which was FREEZING cold. Room was dirty and smelly.

I think this location was very nice and the breakfast was very good. We didn't learn about the hot breakfast until our last day but overall I would stay again.

The heater in the pool broke & it was to cold for the little kids to swim. Unfortunately this is what made us choose this hotel

From the day I stopped in I was greeted by Karen at the front desk. All staff I repeat all staff were so fantastic with our grandkids who had some terrible tragedies recently-it was very heartwarming. The gentkeman working Sat at front desk was pleasant and my grandson kept saying how nice he was. The treasure cheat, cookies, hot coffee, cook, waitress, and housekeeping made us all feel as if we were at home there

I called around the area to find a place with a pool as a much needed rest and relax for the kids. Unfortunately the heater was broken, but didnt have the heart to tell them no. Was the only complaint we heard all weekend from others with kids that had expected a heated pool. Too late to cancel and lose all that money after you're already there

Ok price was very good and the food was also.

The check in was terrible. They would not accept cash for my check in and my granddaughter was there for dance competition. We had to get her dressed in the bathroom while I tried to locate my sister whose was at another location in Greensboro to bring her credit card . They wouldn’t even take it over the phone. I have been a Hilton honors member for over 10 years. My son is International Vice President for Corning and owns Time Shares with Hilton. I have never had such an experience.🥲I am Alice and 74 years old.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was super helpful. The location was safe and secure. We had an adjoining room and it was very nice when traveling with lots of children.

We didn't realize that we had to pay for breakfast and our kids went down just like any other hotel and started helping themselves. It wasn't until later that we were told that was an extra cost. The hotel staff gave us a discount and did not charge us for the breakfast which was not expected, but much appreciated.

Location was ok not the greatest. The staff was wonderful.

Here you did have I guess option to order/ continental too. The staff for bfst was nice but need a little more etiquette with waiting g on customers (not standing at the bar asking if I needed anymore coffee? Or ask a question as she is going by and really didn't pause to hear the answer kept going🤔). Needed more lighting in the room. The pillows were too soft too. Only 3 on the bed

The pool was freezing. The whole reason I booked this location was the indoor pool. My kids got in it once and lasted 20 before they couldn't deal with it and were shivering.
