location was good you could leave your car ,the trolley stop was across the street(neat).the breakfast was more than I expected (very good).
the air conditioner vents blew air across your head(not a big deal)

Good staff smells good and very clean
The floor above you can hear the walking jumping and doors in hallway closing loudly and the next room you can hear every time the use the toilet flushing and the parking lot outside 2 people had they truck running for 20 minutes at different time . I did not sleep too much noise

The pool and spa are open 730 to 1030!!! Plenty of time to play and relax

Housekeeping staff were very kind to our young children. Upon unintentionally startling the girls at the top of the stairwell, the staff brought snacks to our door. Very generous!

The entire stay was great. We left a terrible hotel and this place was wonderful! Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Excellence in service, very nice breakfast and staff was awesome accommodating large crowds during breakfast time they were very patient and friendly. Indoor and outdoor pool is very well maintained and my kids had lot of fun.
Bath rooms and amenities would be better.

The location of the hotel was good..
The bed was comfortable
Staff was helpful
Did not like people slamming doors, did not like the connected room had their tv loud, did not like breakfast, gym, If you want to call it a gym with 3 pieces of old equipment. Air conditioner kept turning on anf off like it was purposely set that way.
