The cleanliness of the room.

Our room was not cleaned and when we arrived we found that our comforter was covered in blood which completely grossed us out and when we told staff no one seemed to care. Staff were also rude during checkout, banging on our door the moment we were walking out and wouldn’t let me close the door to grab the rest of my belongings.

The bed was comfortable, that was about it.

This hotel was very dated. I stayed in room 118, I heard everyone's conversations and I knew when people were coming and going. Doors are squeaky and the hinges are rusty.

Breakfast was OK (the waffles were good; but the rest rudimentary) ; only single use and plastics plates, forks and knives. Please use real plates and coutelry; not single use, that makes a lot of waste!

staff seemed like they weren’t interested, breakfast was very small and boring, my door to the room was open after I left and closed it tight a few different times.

The room was dirty, bathroom ceiling was drooping down, rust on ceiling grid. The wifi didn't work, the heat didn't work overnight and it was 20 below zero outside. Before bed we tried to change rooms , which they were ok with but the room they offered as a replacement was worse. Ceiling was falling down by the bed. Sheets and comforter were ripped on the bed. Just a horrible experience. All they offered me was points to use for a future stay instead of a refund like they should have.

Breakfast was very disappointing. I’ve been in other hotels that offer yogurt, hard boiled eggs, hot cereal, juice, and even had a waffle maker. This hotel had only bagels and English muffins as well as s few cold cereal options.

The refrigerator in the room didn’t work properly as it froze some of our food. The hotel didn’t mention that they don’t service the room. We were in need of fresh towels and we needed the garbage emptied. I did let the staff at the front desk know and they were helpful.

The pool is huge! My sons loved it. The staff where very pleasant and hard working. The room and beds where comfy.

What an awful breakfast. First they had a huge line to make waffles with their one waffles maker. The reason the line was so big was that was the only hot item available. It took 25 minutes for me to get up to the waffles maker. The other option was fruit loops, corn flakes. They did have bagels and toast and English muffins, but the bagels where all gone by the time I was done making waffles. The coffee was awful and the food area was a mess. Would never stay here again.
