Room shower had really low water pressure… and shower head leaked on the side which made the water pressure even lower.

We arrived at 3 and had to wait a little while for our room to be ready. Parking was a little difficult, as we had to move our car Monday morning at 8 am.

Mold on ceiling. Shower and sink did not drain. Had to turn off during use. Mold in ceiling. Extremely loud heating/AC.

Alt, abgewohnt, renovierungsbedürftig. Hatten zwei Zimmer : in einem Zimmer lief das Wasser aus der Dusche raus über den Boden, die Türklinke war defekt, die andere Dusche funktionierte erst gar nicht. Reinigung der Zimmer muss extra angemeldet werden, das hatte uns niemand gesagt. Auf Reklamation wird nicht eingegangen. Sehr laut durch andere Gäste, es musste sogar ein mal die Polizei kommen. Klimaanlage / Heizung ebenfalls laut. Die Geschäftsleitung geht nicht auf Ersatzansprüche ein, schade. Viel zu teuer, waren während des USA Aufenthalt in mehreren HGI, das war das schlechteste.

Request to have a room away from traffic was met. Downtown Annapolis in walking distance. Welcoming atmosphere.

Was not informed that parking is $25. Don’t know whether for duration of stay, as I only spent one night.

Friendly staff, location, decor

In our king bed room the air conditioning unit was along side the bed and blew directly onto the bed and didn’t have venting blades to direct air away from the bed. Had to raise thermostat significantly and place the desk chair along bed to block a/c.

The parking lot was extremely tight and difficult to park in with a compact car.

The room smelled old and of mildew. The bed was uncomfortable.

The price was not worth the room size, the view of a wall, or the parking situation that we had to pay for on top of everything as well. We also found a razor head in the floor, my boyfriend stepped on it, luckily it didn’t cut him .

We were in room 323. It was noisy in the morning-garbage truck or laundry truck, etc.

Parking is tough

The location was nice. It was in walking distance to just about everything but the hotel is not in the thick of it, so the room was quiet from the hubbub outside (although some walls seemed thin when we first checked in but it didn't pose a problem at night). If staying for any length, get a room with a view. We had a sad view of an alley/parking lot with a port-a-potty and other crap but we were there for just one night.

Parking was a bit high, considering there was a parking garage almost directly across the street for $10 (over night). When we walked into the lobby, we were disappointed not to have brought our swimsuits. We didn't think you had a pool. Turns out--there wasn't a pool, it was the cleaning agents used earlier in the morning. A bit overwhelming when walking into the LOBBY. Thank goodness our room didn't smell like that. We were unable to get an extra blanket or comforter: one sister is always cold and the other is extremely hot. We needed to keep the AC low but one sister couldn't get extra blankets. She was told there were none available. We thought that a bit odd. Did not like that there wasn't any complimentary tea, just coffee--not even hot water--downstairs.

No pool, room smelled, holes in sheets, check in staff deceptive, overall shoddy. Just a flop house for business people.

disappointing… the bed sheets were not clean stains on sheets, hallway carpets dirty. The employees were friendly and exceptionally nice! I would not go back to this hotel!

I think the pillows had a stinch
