Location and price

Room was dirty. Dust on headboards and night stand and bible found used plastic silverware on nightstand. Mold on ceiling in bathroom and the bath tub drained slow only one person could take a shower. Looked like all they did was make the beds and put in clean towels.

Nothing there were bedbugs

We did not eat breakfast.

I didn't eat the breakfast but it was offered. The motel is quite, nice, clean and affordable. When taking my parents to Dr appts at Sanford it's convenient for early morning procedures. This last time just a little me time and shopping.

It would be nice if they had a microwave in the room since they have a little fridge. The fridge was set too high froze my drink but no big deal. Just thinking if someone has a loved one in the hospital for awhile they might want to save and cook some small stuff in the room.

Breakfast was a nasty, unhealthy sack. I booked on line and was not informed of a hospital discount or that there was a military discount. Did not know until check in and then they wouldn’t give me either discount because they said I booked on line. Morning staff was rude as well. I doubt I’ll ever return and I won’t recommend to others.

Bathroom : shower- pink mold in the corners,:( shower curtain moldy with pink mold :( hallway, stairwell. elevator absolutley dirty, :( Coffee maker in the room covered with dust :(

We had no washcloths and there was candy on the floor, beds were uncomfortable, I was very disappointed

The room was spacious and very clean.

I like everthing.

Piece of air conditioner that had broke was laying under air conditioner. Bed stand between beds you could write your name in the dust. The vanity sink when wiped out with a washcloth was black from lip of sink underside of counter top. Shower stall needs a cleaning in cracks of unit. Floor where baseboards meet floor dirty. Dust from exhaust fan in bathroom was throwing little dust balls around & some sticking to wall.

I stayed for 15 days, many days there seemed to be no maid service. Some days no "deluxe continental breakfast" (a brown paper lunch sack with a muffin, OJ butter spread and "sometimes" an apple) The staff seemed overworked and even grouchy. I definitely do not recommend, as there is another Hilton for somewhere near $20 more per night that is likely 1000% better.

Trash not emptied daily, towels not swapped daily, bed not made sometime a couple of days in a row. I had to call twice to complain of the neglect. Trash in stairways and broken AC units.
