Room loction - poolside was great
parking and room access was nice

Could not get any housekeeping service - had to double/triple request every day except the last one.

That there were no cameras inside the indoor pool area. There’s a water slide and a bunch of kids were walking up the slide instead of going down it.

We didn’t even stay because when I made the reservation they said the pool was open and when we arrived is was closed and it was the whole reason I made the reservation! We want a refund! My kids were so disappointed!

false advertising I booked a king suite that looked nothing like the pictures and the details.

On arrival the first thing I noticed was how dirty the entrance was. Clearly nobody has been cleaning the sidewalks or parking lots. There were very few people staying at the hotel and yet they put me in a room as far away as possible from the lobby. I wanted to grab a bite from the restaurant but they decided to close at 8:00 pm because they said nobody was there. Well, *I* was! The AC/heater made so much noise I just turned it off. The sink would not drain. Can't say that the free breakfast was worth it. They didn't even open until 7:00 am. Then there was the dog in somebody's room who had been left alone that would not stop barking and screaming until I wound up banging on the door to make it stop. The morning I left I had an early flight and requested a ride to the airport. It's a good thing I allowed an extra 30 minutes because the driver was 20 minutes late. Would you like me to continue?

The beds are super uncomfortable. They need replaced and upgraded badly. The bathtub / shower drain was plugged. Its an old hotel but definitely can be upgraded to make the stay more comfortable.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.
The bathroom was disappointing. The caulk was missing in places and was filthy where it wasn’t missing. The tub creaked like it would fall through the floor. I was concerned about bed bugs.
