The location to downtown was close and we were able to walk.

Have you ever read reviews and thought it can't be that bad? It can. I read these prior to my trip but I like to give places a chance. On arrival the grounds looked dilapidated. Two homeless people were sleeping on the sidewalk out front. At check in we were warned any signs of make up or stains on towels were a $10 fee. Walking to our room we passed tables with trash and cigarette butts on the ground and a dead mouse in the corner. In our room I pushed a chair in front of the door...I just didn't feel safe . The bedding was disgusting with stains so we brought in our own bedding. The shower...just yuck. You probably think if it was that bad and unsafe why stay? After driving 6 hours and finding out it was non refundable I gave in.

Stairs to the room, mattress was a bit hard

One morning it opened late and served cold . Had to eat everything in the microwave . The Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

they never - in three days- replaced the towels or the sheets- no attention to needs was given any day and the staff could have been easier to work with-

The room was comfortable, but needed a bit of updating and paint.

One bed was missing a support leg and had to wait one night to be fixed

The floor was dirty, we could hear everything even the person in the room above us vomiting. This was not a good value, for the price I expected the property to be cleaner and nicer, and not hear everything that was going on outside and in the surrounding rooms. I had to call the property before the stay and the man on the phone was not helpful and kept over talking me. The man that checked us in was not friendly or courteous.
