rooms are really old, specially the bathroom. not having staff to offer breakfast on time or just to have someone available on the front desk

Minimal break but the room was really nice.

The Inn wasn't the most appealing when we got their but the rooms were alot better than I thought they would be.

Clean and comfortable room. We booked the jacuzzi suite and it was spacious. Room had a fireplace which was a really nice touch. Location is very central making everything within walking distance. Great value for koney.

We were in room 109 and the neighbor next to yhe property had their light on ALL night during our final night there...it was extremely bright and obtrusive. It would be nice for management to speak with this person and ask them to be respectful and turn off their porch light at night, please !

Room #110 is fantastic. Nice jacuzzi bath with windows that open right next to the creek. Sitting area, two chairs and a table, overlooking creek right outside door. Large clean room. Really nice shower. Friendly staff. Was great for a winter weekend getaway. Plenty of stuff to do and eat nearby. Off season price was great.

If you are tall be careful of the ceiling fan.

The room was big and clean and very comfortable how the view of the river that was awesome came in for the Manitou Mardi gras . The staff was very friendly and helpful to all our needs.

The coffee maker didn't work and would have liked breakfast earlier it was a grab and go and I was hoping for more.

Safety lock on door didn't work. No chair for desk. Mattress not great.

Pros: So close to downtown Manitou that I was able to walk around for hours and return to my room to use the restroom or drop things off and then go back out. My room was very spacious and I was happy to have a desk. The shower was very nice. The staff got me a hairdryer when I asked for one which was nice of them. In theory I would like the jetted tub but I'll get more into that. The bed was good if you prefer a firm mattress. It was clean enough to feel usable.

Cons: I booked the room I did specifically for the jetted tub, which, the jets were filthy. I tried clearing them out multiple times but no matter how long or how many times I did, black flecks and hair would pump out of the jet streams. Gross. If you stay in the ground floor rooms closest to the office, you're going to hear kids stomping, running around and rolling something on the floor above you from around 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. This was really disruptive and hard to relax through. Thankfully I had noise cancelling headphones and spent a good chunk of my second day out of the room. The rooms are nonsmoking but I saw evidence of nicotine stains and drips on the walls. Also gross.

I called the hotel phone number at about 5:30 pm to let them know my check in was going to be a little later then I expected. I was able to get through and speak to someone who said they were going shopping and could I check in about a half hour later. I said yes. I pulled up to the hotel about 7:30 pm and was very disappointed as the exterior didn’t look even half as nice as the advertised pictures. I didn’t want to stay there. So I called the same phone number and it wasn’t in service. Huh?! I then emailed and still haven’t received a reply more then a day later.

It was quiet, clean and so comfortable. it was so relaxing to relax in the jacuzzi tub and listen to the creek outside the window.

The number of people walking by on Lover’s Lane, stopping right outside out window.

Morning snacks good. Cozy room. Parking was convenient.
