Recently completely remodeled. Very convenient to stores and hyways. The staff were always attentive to my needs and very friendly. Great breakfast each morning to start the day!

Very nice hotel and staff.

The pool needed cleaned. There was a lot of stuff in it, and it looked like scum floating on the top.

staff was very friendly and helpful. room was very clean and quiet, and the location was perfect for our trip. we didn't eat breakfast - just grabbed a glass of oj and got back on the road. but everyone in the breakfast area seemed to be enjoying their breakfasts.

no complaints. i guess you COULD add chocolates and towel animals! LOL ... just kidding.

the description and the usage of the word "kichenette" in the room

The beds were wet. Like someone took the sheets right out the dryer but they never were dry. The pillow case and blankets were the same. The rug must’ve been shampooed because it was wet. The staff took over a hr and a half coming and didn’t know how to change the bed. It was 2 am before we could even enjoy our stay on 7/14 not the 7/15 stay. 7/15 it was ok, no issues.

Everything nice clean and a lovely area

Convenient location near several restaurants. Very pleasant front desk employee (Brianna). Enough room in the king suite for 5 people to sit and chat.

Room was damp & humid, even the bed felt damp, air conditioner was noisy, the mattress was hard & there was mold on the tile grout in the shower. The pull-out sofa bed was not flat-the entire bed was tilted at an angle so the person is sleeping on an incline.

Our air sounded like it had a bird stuck in it, had a severe leak, and broke. It was hot snd muggy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. When I told the receptionist, she just said thanks for informing me. No help whatsoever.

The refrigerator was defrosting and had water in the bottom but they did offer to change rooms but I just put a towel in the bottom

It was conveniently located

the ac in the rooms do not dehumidify cause all my stuff to get damp when it rained.

Room size great, breakfast offered is a good variety and the coffee was surprisingly good. We were able to check in a little early and this allowed us to dress for a funeral so we were very grateful for that! The location is great! Right by a shopping center and restaurants!

There was a left over beer and some food in the refrigerator in the room from prior occupant. Eggs at breakfast tasted horrible. Other than that we didn’t see anything wrong.
