Friendly staff. Comfortable bed Quiet.

Many breakfast items ran out, and I had to bring this to the staffs attention. Once I did, they quickly refilled the items. I feel they should have been on top of this. I had to hunt them down twice. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom.

Managments subordinate staff were very friendly. Check in was a breeze. Quiet stay. Convenient location next to the highway, gas station and Applebees. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi were operational, well maintained and available until midnight. Great accommodation, especially if you have little ones you're traveling with.

The rooms electrical system didnt function properly. The lights in the room had a mind of there own. Also, the room lacked hot water for a morning shower. Management was advised during check out . Management expressed little or no concern, implying the lighting issues were due to an operational error on my part. A house cleaning employee did confirm with management, that there was, in fact, an electrical concern in my particular room. Management, also gave no concern about the lack of hot water for morning showers, blaming it on a part that was on back order. Looking back, for an extra 20 dollars, I could have booked with the Hampton Inn which is just a stones throw away.

Rooms and breakfast were a good value.

I wish the property was a little closer to BYUI, but Rexburg isn’t that big. HVAC was a little loud.

Breakfast was good

in-door pool was cold, there was a debate high school group that came in late, they were running the hallways, knocking on our door and being very obnoxious. They took up the dining area from 6-8. The bed was hard and pillow uncomfortable.

Restaurant nearby.

Bought groceries and the mini fridge froze them overnight. No coffee available before 6 am for early risers. Breakfast was fair.

We loved the rustic decor in the lobby. The breakfast was decent. We enjoyed the pool other than the people drinking beer IN the pool and hot tub.

The water in the shower was cold and would not heat up.
