Jacob at the front desk is exceptional

breakfast is a little lacking they can’t keep enough food out for guests during breakfast hours. they run out to quickly and then it takes a long time to replenish.

Staff was accommodating and so nice- best in Rexburg so far! I will be returning.

Location, and amenities

The room was spacious, we stayed in a king with a sofa bed. It was weird though that our room was huge and the room next door (same layout) had like 6 feet less space. We liked that the sofa bed was kind of its own room because there was a desk with a sliding window that divided the room.

The pool was so cloudy we kept losing things at the bottom, like goggles. The breakfast was mediocre (would have liked some fresh cooked food rather than warmed frozen food). The toilet in our room splashed when flushing which was really gross. The pull out sofa bed had huge yellow pee stains.

I love all except the bathroom mirror for putting makeup on.

The location was out of town with a couple of restaurants nearby, it was quiet.

Not sure where to start, oh yes THE PRICE $357 for a King Suite. The room was very small for a King Suite, The bath area was split commode on one area with a sliding door, shower & sink in another area with a sliding door. Shower head is clogged. Bed hard as a rock. The Fitness center is closed. The hot tub is not hot.

We like that check out time was12 noon. We were able to swim with the kids prior to check out time. We didn’t have to be in a hurry to leave and took our time to enjoy breakfast and a swim.

Have the two waffle machines a little further apart it was to congested with many people trying to cook their waffles and just not enough arm room.
