Great location - walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

-The balcony in front of the sea was beautiful. -The room was very nice and spacious, exactly like in the photos.

-Breakfast very poor, few options. -The pool after noon was so hot that it was uncomfortable to stay in it, should have a system that keeps it cool. -The sofa bed was stained and smelly, don't leave sheets to sleep on the sofa at night, you have to ask for them. -The balcony roof was falling down in a small area of it. -The Bathroom curtain was a bit damaged. -The floors outside the room, in the common area were stained. -The elevator floor was pretty run down.

Spacious room

Furniture was extremely warn, A/C running continuously barely kept room temperature tolerable in bedroom, both beds had 1 side against a wall leaving accessibility to just the center between the beds. The swimming pool was extremely disgusting with large clumps of hair floating in it as well as leaves and other debris, water was so murky that you couldn't see the bottom in the 4 foot deep area or deeper.

Breakfast wasn’t great.

Cleaner, no holes in walls. Very bland, like a remodel in process.

The floor was so filthy that our feet were black, not dirty, completely black. The condo was sparse, very sparse- no one picture, 3 forks, no knives, only one mirror by bathroom sink. Very difficult for anyone to get ready without a mirror, especially with one bathroom.

I was a bit put off when I was lied to by the front office manager Ashley, and then again by the night check in guy at Hadley House. Was told one thing, then was told it wasn’t available, even though it was already confirmed twice. poor communication, no loyalty to the brand/company. seemed like it was say whatever they want and then let next shift pick up the mess.

Had to tell them a the a day in advance if you wanted room service . We didn't notice that when we checked in so we had to make the bed and go to the office and get our clean towels ect ! We only had to pay $650.00 for all of this for 2 days. What a deal !!!

Great room & super friendly staff. Breakfast (basic) included, which was nice. Great location. We rented kayaks and they were old and there were not enough for the 3 of us.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It's in a nice location, and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. We loved the small kitchen area. We really loved the ocean view. The only note is that the floors were a bit dirty, and I wish there would be a broom in the kitchen. I would not mind to swip it myself really. But overall our stay was great! We will be back.
