We could see the ocean from balcony. Location close to restaurants. Dock great fir fishing . Pool was saltwater and great.

The desk attendant first thing asked us for credit card which they took $200.00 out of my checking account as a possible damage to the room reason, and then when we left informed us that it would take 7 to 10 days back to my checking account still waiting for credit. We asked if we could possibly have a microwave in the room and then there wasn't one so we called and then desk person said if they have one they would get one for us which they did. They also informed us no smoking in room or there would be a 250.00 fine. More rules Yada Yada. The man by Kayak rental was the nicest ever. And told us to have fun and fish and enjoy our stay. Very nice.

The staff was friendly at check-in, but seemed to be overwhelmed as our calls to the front desk went unanswered.

The room and bathroom ceilings had several mold spots that were painted over(poorly). The pool was dirty and cloudy, nothing like the photos. Way overpriced for the poor quality.

The resort was beautiful, had fun activities, good food, and the staff was pleasant.

There was a problem with the hot water and the water pressure which was fixed the next evening. The a/c also had a loud rattling noise. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

Property was very nice. The Lobby was very pretty - bartender was very good! Great watermelon Mojitos 😊

Our flight was very late we arrived super late and they could not accommodate checkout at 1 pm so we could enjoy the facilities. The food was ok / breakfast not so good.

it was lovely and plenty of seating inside and outside. beautiful view! great food and drinks. we loved that you could jump around to other resorts and that a shuttle service was offered.

We really liked the location, the facilities and the amenities. The customer service is amazing. The remodel on the property is great . The rooms comfortable and the common areas well kept. Kayaks and paddle-boards are available at no cost.

We have mixed feelings about this property. We found that our bathroom shower had mold & mildew and was not properly cleaned. Our room had no pillows at check in and it was only serviced one out of three nights. On the last day I had to request it because we never had housekeeping in our room. Also, the day we checked in the pool Was closed (not ideal when traveling with children). One thing I really didnt like is that the bartender at the pool Bar kept adding extra shots to our drinks without asking. We only found out when we received the check. Each shot was a additional costs. Not a nice way to make more.

- 1 / staff is not into their job , very slow pace , not welcoming -2/ the hotel is not clean , there are plastic glass everywhere , the gym was not cleaned for 2 days at least -3/ the restaurant is more a snack , the bar and the restaurant have the same menu -4 / overpriced for the quality and service -5/ there is no beach it’s just sand on concrete. The swimming pool was dirty , everyone is drinking and eating in it . People are bringing their dogs in the swimming pool area . I paid a fortune for a less than motel quality

I loved the lobby and the view

The service at the hotel was simply not good. It started even before we arrived at the hotel we called the hotel and asked to change a room, we encountered unpleasant service representatives and an inflexible attitude- only booking helped us with that. We arrived at the hotel at 4 o'clock which is the time to check in and the room was not ready, we had to wait another half hour. We celebrated a birthday and mentioned it in the message they sent the day before and there was no reference to it.

Customer service in the Tiki Bar was a joke. Especially for the drink prices.

We really liked everything there, it was so tropical with a nice vibe~the food was so good too.

The bathroom flooded and the staff did not care when we brought it to their attention. We were only provided 1 washcloth and 2 towels for the room. When we asked for more, we were told we were only allowed 1. We paid for a scenic view room and we were put in a room looking at a rooftop. When we asked to change, we were informed it would cost more and have to go from a king bed to a queen bed. (We had already paid for the upgraded room with a scenic view.) The grounds keeping crew sent a rock into our vehicle and made a dent. Again, the manager did not care and said to just call the police. We checked out of this establishment immediately and went to a better place. I absolutely would NOT recommend this establishment.
