Large 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Beach Condo - w/ Beach, Household, Cleaning Supplies
Le plan d'étage ouvert et le grand balcon peuvent facilement accueillir suffisamment d'espace pour un grand groupe. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et tout le nécessaire pour les cuisiniers à domicile. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et un canapé-lit queen, la 2ème chambre a un lit queen, tandis que le salon a un canapé-lit queen. La salle de bain principale a des comptoirs en granit et une grande combinaison baignoire / douche jacuzzi. This condo is very clean and super well-stocked. The neighborhood is very walkable - Publix is next door and the beach is across the street. Lots of good restaurants close by. The owners are very kind, accommodating and hands-on; answering any questions quickly and providing good recommendations for food, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Karin and Rick were the most amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Their condo had everything our family could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. It was very clean, great location and short distance to a beautiful beach. Cannot wait to go back!

We loved this property. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the beach with a newborn, 1 and 3 year old. The owners made this trip so easy for us which is what easily gives this property a “leg up” on other properties we have stayed at previously in the area. We will definitely make a trip back!

Property was in a perfect location and met all of our needs. Beach and beach bars in walking distance. Groceries right next door. The unit was clean and well supplied. Rick, the host is a great communicator and made sure we had what we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Top notch place and location, 3 minute walk to beach, Gulf view, Easy in and out traffic, grocery next door, swim out the front fish out the back beat of all world, Not to forget to mention owners are great. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Easy beach access, great pool and hot tub on the property, where we could see the dolphins passing by! The owners were super nice and had great communication. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Pool and beach accessories were such a nice touch. And being literally next door to Publix made for easy snacks and meals, when we didn’t feel like walking to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Karin and Rick are amazing hosts! The property is very well maintained and very clean! They went out of their way to make sure everything was set up for us and made the extra effort to personally contact us and get to know us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Rick and Karin provide a wonderful vacation experience, not just accommodations! Our experience started with the check-in process, which included adult beverages and bottled water already chilled in the fridge….. Rick was here to help us settle in and familiarize us with the entire property. The beach is directly across the street and they provide a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and towels. So helpful when traveling with two young grandkids! Publix is right next door, another huge plus! Everything you need is here, don’t hesitate to book! Cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in and the view from the balcony provides a beautiful view of the Gulf. The pool area is also on the water and has a dock if you like to fish. We’ll be back!

Rick and Karen are amazing hosts! The condo is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We even caught an amazing sunset on the balcony. They had some cold beverages available when we arrived which was much appreciated after a long travel day! The area is bustling with many restaurants and shops. The beach is gorgeous and a very short walk. We used all the provided beach gear everyday. We loved the pool area and the kids were very excited that the deep end was so deep. We enjoyed watching the wild life and boats while lounging at the pool. Many dolphins and even a sting ray surfaced for a few minutes. Having the grocery store and liquor store right next door was also so convenient. The condo was so comfortable we wish we could have stayed longer! We will 100% be back thanks Rick and Karen!

This condo has a fabulous location, it is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. The ocean is across the street and the bay is in the back yard. Publix is right next door and Walgreens is a block away. There are many fun places to eat, that are within walking distance. The condo is quiet even with neighbors nearby. Rick and Karin were very accommodating and hospitable. What’s not to love? We travel a lot and are a bit on the picky side and this place is great. I would not hesitate to rent again !

Best vrbo ive stayed at
Rick and Karin were the best hosts i’ve ever worked with. They called ahead of the trip and went over ever everything. Karin met me at check in and went over everything in person. They stocked the refrigerator and had all the supplies you could think of for a beach vacation even a wagon and cooler. They even had bait and fishing poles for my son to use. The condo is large and well maintained. Theres a huge beach that was never crowded right across the street. The hosts checked in during the stay as well. They will make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great Property in a Great Location
Very nice condo that has granite countertops, tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. Unit has been well cared for and was extremely clean upon arrival. Location is great next door to the Publix grocery and a short walk to a Walgreens. Beach access was across the street and was made easy with the furnished beach wagon to transport supplied chairs, towels, and umbrella. Overall the property was very quiet and we had no issues during our relaxing stay. Property owner Rick is very accommodating and friendly. We had the utmost confidence that if we had any problem, he would be there to address it.

Good condo across from the beach
We stayed at this condo in May of 2022. Quick and easy access to the beach and publix, both are a short 2 minute walk away. The condo comes with beach supplies such as chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrella, and games. Also a nice perk is 2 bikes that are available for use in the parking garage. The condo could use a cosmetic update, but thats just me being picky! All in all it is a great location with easy drive to all the great restaurants and bars on central in downtown.

My daughter and I spent 4 days on property. We both had an amazing time during our stay!
Super nice condo located within steps of the ocean with a pool and hot tub. The condo is located within walking distance of a Publix grocery store which makes it very nice to buy groceries for dinners in the condo or BBQ pool side. Overall very happy with our stay and look forward to returning soon!

Great Place to Stay
This is a great place to stay in Treasure Island. The owners are great and were very good about communicating details about the property and making sure we had everything you could need. They left drinks and condiments in the fridge for us, sunscreen and after sun aloe, toiletries, and plenty of beach items. Also it is in a great location and we will be back if possible.

Perfect location. Wish there would have been more blankets. Again absolutely could not have been a better location. Loved that we were able to walk to the grocery store and to the beach!! Owners very nice and helpful if you need anything they are very quick to respond.

We had a great stay, the condo was clean and stocked with everything needed for the beach as well as extras such as hair dryer and iron. It is centrally located with lots to do. I would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

This is an excellent location and everything we needed was in walking distance. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided and we enjoyed using the bikes. The owner was friendly and helpful and always responded in a timely manner. We had a great week!

We will be back!
The communication with property owners from beginning to end was fantastic. We were greeted upon arrival & given a quick run down & tour. Beverages in refrigerator were cold & ready for us. Pool out back on inter coastal was clean & quite nice. We were within walking to shopping & a couple places to eat/drink. Beach was right across the street. Grocery store next door. Definitely enough space in the 2 bed 2 bath. Thanks again for the accommodations! We loved it!
