Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! 215 S. Water Street est une copropriété de première classe, idéalement situé dans le coeur du centre historique de Wilmington. Profitez de ce que le centre-ville de Wilmington a à offrir dans le confort d'une communauté pittoresque, fermée. Belle entrée cour et patio cafés à travers la rue. Magasiner, manger, écouter de la musique, visiter des musées, le tout dans un rayon de 2 bloc. Marche pour le Festival Azelea, Farmers Market, Downtown Sundown Concert et tout autre événement du centre-ville. Le studio dispose d'un lit king-size, une cuisine complète, salle de bain spacieuse, et laveuse / sécheuse, parfait pour deux. L'unité est située au deuxième étage, avec ascenseur, et est à quelques pas de la Riverwalk pittoresque. Le studio est propre, confortable et décoré avec goût pour un séjour incroyable. Cette unité n'a pas de balcon. Parking inclus - parking à côté du complexe.

We were in town for a wedding this weekend at The Atrium with another event at Pour. This location was perfect for both events! Great coffee shop within walking distance (Maroon Monkey) as well as great restaurants just a short river walk away too. Kirby provided great directions for check in/out and our stay! Very easy to communicate with and super responsive! We will certainly stay again!! Thank you for having us!

This location was excellent for being in close proximity to the Riverwalk and bars/restaurants. Nice that parking was included. Host was extremely responsive to all our questions!

Everything was perfect about this stay. Kirby was super attentive to any questions we had and even provided great suggestions on places to go out to eat in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, even the neighbors in the area were pleasant. We planned on being out and about most of the time so this provided us with just enough space to enjoy ourselves. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location to everything in the downtown Wilmington area. 10/10 recommend and we will be back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

The one bedroom unit was perfect for a 2 night stay in downtown. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet and perfectly located to all that downtown Wilmington has to offer. The host was receptive and responsive to all our questions and very helpful overall!

Nice simplistic efficiency with perfect location and proximity to the river walk. Parking was simple thanks to host. Host was communicative and answered texts and calls timely. Location was quiet at night even with all of the riverfront events. Neighbors didn’t bother and weren’t loud either. We would have no issue staying here again and will be watching for this spot for our next trip to Wilmington.

Great little place tucked into a quiet little corner, yet convenient to shopping and restaurants - less than a block away from the spectacular sunsets over the Cape Fear River. Bathroom is spacious. Kitchen area is snug. Wish that there was room for a sitting area with two chairs instead of one. Other than that, it was just what we needed. Note that parking is included, but there is not a designated spot for the unit. The owner will provide you with updated information that is different from what VRBO provides. He was great with communication.

Location! Location! Location! This rental is PERFECT if you want to park and have everything within walking distance. Little kitchen to make a meal or two, or to just store leftovers and snacks/drinks.

The gate to the property was broken. The room next door was under construction so we had to ask them limit their work times so we didn't have to listen to the work. Most of th utensils needed to be cleaned. There was hair in the shower, and dirty towels on the washer. Location was the best thing.

Lovely studio apartment one block from the river. Great location near restaurantsand bars, yet the apartment was nice and quiet. Perfect for a couple looking for a weekend away. The owner was very helpful and made sure that we got into the apartment with no issues. Very easy to follow instructions for parking. Will definitely stay here again next timevwe are in Wilmington.

This place is great! It’s exceptionally clean, the bed is SO comfortable, and the location can’t be beat! It’s like staying at a nice hotel, but you also have a washer/dryer and a kitchen! Kirby was also a great host with great communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

FANTASTIC experience once again!!!! We will be back again. We were able to park our car and walk the riverwalk that is right out front all around town. The condo had everything we needed and the bed is so comfortable. Everything is clean with lots of big bath towels and kichen supplies. Host is a phone call or text away but we never needed to reach out. We highly recommend. *****

This was perfect for me and my friend for a few nights! You are right on the riverwalk, with a perfect view of the gorgeous sunsets on the water. From this room, you can walk to everything in downtown- shopping, drinks, restaurants, etc. Loved that parking is included and felt safe at this location. Host is incredibly communicative, helpful, and kind. I 100% recommend staying here and hope I can book again when I come back to Wilmington.

My husband and I attended a wedding downtown Wilmington and this studio was perfect for our weekend stay!! Location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to all our festivities. The studio itself was cozy! Bed was really comfortable! Host was amazing! Made sure we were able to check in smoothly! Higher recommend!!!
