Villa Lorena is a beautiful home with beautiful views that dont get enough attention in the house summary or reviews. The floor plan of the house was perfect for our group. Young adult men had the 2 jack n jill bedrooms, our daughter and her baby took the casita. The pool and hot tub were prefectly wonderful. Sliding the chairs, loungers, or tables were a little loud in the casita while baby was trying to sleep. All personale that we were in contact with were wonderful and helpful. The cleaning lady does a fabulous job! Walking into town and back was an adventure!

What a nightmare. 12 hours before our 6am flight out to Cabo we were notified there was a category 3 (which strengthened to a 4 the day we arrived to Cabo) hurricane off the coast of Cabo and all the models showed it would be a direct hit. Panicked of course, we called Cabo Villas customer service and pleaded with them to please work with us in either giving us a partial refund or even rescheduling to a later date - it wasn’t about the money we would have been fine to come back another time this was about our safety and yet, customer service told us no, saying unless force majeure was in play there’s nothing they can do. They kept down playing the storm saying don’t worry it will turn etc etc, and given we’d spent about $10K between the villa, flights and activists we felt forced to continue on with our plans. The lack of concern for our safety and well being from the customer service team at Cabo Villas was incomprehensible. We’re from FL and are no strangers to hurricanes, but being in a foreign country during a storm like this and not knowing how it would play out was terrifying it felt like a joke to the customer service team. I know no one can control or predict the weather but the sheer lack of concern or willingness to work with us even to reschedule our already paid for vacation to any other weekend from the Cabo Villa team was so disgusting. 10/10 I would not recommend this vacation rental company and will never stay with them again. You’re better off at a hotel.

Loved the property, but it does need updating and repairs.
Some of our needs were not addressed. Cleaning people were great, but we didn’t need them 3 days all day. They also showed up before we checked out on Saturday which was invasive while we were packing and gathering our things. Wish we had been told at the beginning that we had a choice as to how often cleaning people could come.

The villa was excellent, along with the concierge was always available to assist with anything and responded quickly. The welcome package, La Feria, done by Cabovillas was a great way to start the vacation. The villa itself has a great view, in a quiet and secure neighborhood, and well maintained. We had no issues. The staff at Cabovillas were a great help in setting up golf, dinners, car rental and general information. We hope to go there again.

This house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. We had a great time for my wife's birthday and had seven adults that stayed at the property for four days. Property management was very responsive and great to work with. We had a car rental delivered to the house and used the transport from airport that was included. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again on future trips to Cabo!

Beautiful house but many issues
Booked this for a bachelorette trip, and really wanted to love it. The house was gorgeous, but the “24/7 concierge service” was pretty rocky. We’d communicated with one concierge for months, arranging all our details, flight info, and prestock info, and on the day we were supposed to arrive we suddenly had a new concierge who knew nothing about our stay, and seemed kind of irritated with us. Our prestock was well above what we had ordered, the showers we’re so hot we couldn’t use them and no one addressed it when we asked for it to be fixed, and the private shuttle service was consistently late and would misrepresent where they were (texting us saying “10 minutes away” and then we’d wait an additional hour). I reached out to customer service and it seems they’re working on the prestock issue, but no word on any of our other issues, which I hoped they’d address before I wrote a review. At the end of the day it was a gorgeous property, but we would have rather payed less for a property without the concierge services and arranged things ourselves than pay more for something that was unreliable.

Family vacation
We booked Villa Lorena for a surprise 75 birthday getaway for my mother in law! The neighborhood was excellent the beach was a 10 minute walk away. The Villa Lorena was a perfect place for us as we were four separate couples the rooms were private and all have their own beautiful view. We could sit on the patio in the morning and watch the wells jump. The weather was beautiful the pool inviting with the perfect temperature. Everything about this home was welcoming easily accessible.
Our specialist Jessica was perfect and helping us set up our arrival and events we had planned to do. I would definitely choose Villa Lorena For a second stay in Cabo.

Beautiful, spacious home with incredible view
We were offered this property when the home we had originally chosen developed an electrical issue. Huge upgrade and much more house than we actually needed - we felt like movie stars. Many thanks to the owner who adjusted her plans at the last minute to make the place available. Great service from initial contact through check out. Highly recommended.

Nice & Clean Villa
First off we love Pedregal !! We come to Pedregal every year for a week for my wife and daughters B day ! This is Cool villa that has a cool set up with good views of the ocean. Nice easy walk to the beach ! We had some issues with the hot tub not working for a couple days but got addressed. Other than that it was nice quite week. Perfect for small family's or big groups.

PERFECT CABO VILLA
Staying at casa Lorena was amazingggg. The house itself is beautiful and working with everyone made our stay so much better. From the time of booking to the arrival and through the whole stay all of the staff were so helpful.

Beautiful, Spacious, Clean
This property was absolutely amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. The property is essentially 3 small areas, which offers privacy for families or small groups but also has a large living room and kitchen for group meals and lounging. The pool, hot tub and deck area offer a large space for leisure with excellent views of the ocean and sunset. Our concierge was available 24/7 to help organize cabs to and from downtown. There were only two downsides to this property. The maid service was excessive as they would spend 3-4 hours every other day cleaning while we were trying to enjoy our vacation; 1 hour of towels and bedding would have sufficed. Lastly, the WiFi was only strong enough to use in the main living room. All in all I would recommend this to everyone.

Best Family Vacay Ever!
We just returned from a week at Villa Lorena for Christmas. It was an amazing trip! The house set up great for our family of 7. The rooms were spacious and everyone had room to spread out. The kitchen was a great gathering place for our chef and dinner conversations. On the front end of the trip, Kimberly was very helpful in our reservations, transportation, and any questions we had. Once we arrived at the villa, we were met by Giovanni, our concierge, who showed us the house and answered any questions we had about the property. He also made a grocery store run for us after we had forgotten a few items. Giovanni gives you his cell phone number and anytime we needed transporation to town all we had to do was text him and our transportation was always on time and in a nice sprinter van. We felt very safe on this property as well. Although Villa Lorena is an older home, it was very accommodating. The kitchen had all the dishes, utensils, everything you need to cook or have a chef in the home. The daily maid service was also very nice to have as they did more than just make the beds. They mopped, changed sheets, washed towels, etc. Our favorite part of the house was the view....such beautiful sunsets and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the pacific views. We will definitely return to Villa Lorena. Great job Kimberly and Giovanni with Cabo Villas!! We appreciate all you did to make our family vacation special and memorable! Happy New Year!!

Impressive Home and Service, 5 star!
Upon arrival, my family was truly surprised by the size of the home, and how open it was. The view was incredible, especially at sunset. We could not have hoped for a better home to stay in, and the welcoming service was five stars with the drinks and chips and massages that we had upon arrival made it even more enjoyable. We ordered a private dinner service for one night along with additional in home massages, my daughters and wife truly enjoyed this touch. The bedrooms are such spacing that privacy is built into the home. The pool and patio areas are sizable, we felt right at home and are going to book this home again in 2019. The service we received from Cabo Villas was 5 star. I got sick with a cold and they sent a driver to pick up medicine for me so I would not have to go into town to a pharmacy. I would highly recommend this villa and will continue to return with my family.

Perfect Getaway!
Went to Villa Lorena with a big group of girlfriends and we were SUCH happy travelers! Our concierge made everything seamless and catered to our every need - brought us coffee, ordered every cab (even into the wee hours of the morning!) and was super responsive.
The villa is gorgeous - the view can't be beat, Pedregal itself is stunning and feels very safe! The comfiest bed! Close to everything! Can't really walk anywhere, but a cab is there just as soon as you need it thanks to the concierge.

Had massages in our villa, a family dinner with chefs on site cooking the meal. Great location and views. I got sick and travel company had medicine delivered to my villa. Over all zero negative to state. My family truly enjoyed adding a couple days to our Cabo vacation by staying at this villa a couple extra days.

Spectacular views of the ocean from every rooom/patio. Clean. Great layout for multiple people (we had 8 in our group). The pool and hot tub were great to have. Got a little dirty at times, but there was a dying tree putting lots of debris into it. It's a long walk into town, and the walk back up is even tougher so we ended up spending a lot of money in taxis. Overall, this place was wonderful!!! We would have a tough time staying anywhere else with a large group.

Great villa with an amazing view. It has great amenities. It would have been nice if the service and cleaning people that came to the house to fix and clean things would have locked up after they left. Nothing was missing thankfully. And you have to get a cab out of the area or you can get lost leaving very easily. Other than that, the place was great.

With only 2500 characters, I'll try and hit on the important points and the points on which they could improve.
1.) The overall layout is interesting. It seems as though it was designed for a set of grandparents (master suite), who might have grown kids (second bedroom) visiting with younger kids (room off second bedroom with two small twin beds)...and the mother-in-law...we wanted to sleep in the master suite and were lucky that my MIL was willing to sleep in the 2nd bedroom down near our four and five year old girls. There is a separate entrance off the stairs on the way up that leads to the MIL casita (seems normal), but there is also a separate entrance to the master suite and kitchen/family room, and a third entrance for the 2nd bedroom and kids room. The whole layout left me a little anxious with the kids having access to the entrance and swimming pool area in the morning when they awoke, with no way of cutting them off from the pool/hottub.
2.) There was only one TV, in the main family room, that had Dish TV. There was a small TV in the mother-in-law area (circa 1990), and a ridiculously small TV/VHS (really?) in the kids room (circa 1990-ish). The one in the kids room didn't seem to work at all, and the one in the MIL could only play DVD's. It would certainly seem to make sense to get better TV's and make sure each one is DVD capable and Dish/Satellite ready (a must with kids!!).
3.) The water pressure left a lot to the imagination, combined with the fact that one faucet didn't work in the master shower (huge shower!!). Not too big an issue I guess, but hopefully since this villa is new on the rental market, and this is the first review, they'll take some constructive criticism here.
4.) The system for heating the pool/hottub was pretty frustrating and the tutorial we got was pretty quick. It seems like one of the gentlemen that greeted us could have come back every other day to check on the temperature and to have someone clean the pool on a daily basis. Wind seems to be pretty commonplace in Pedregal, and I felt like skimming the pool every morning should have been someone else's responsibility.
5.) WiFi Internet: present and accounted for, but spotty unfortunately. This seemed to be a theme throughout all of Cabo, but if it could at least be improved in the Villa, it would be worth the investment.
6.) $20 US, for cab ride into downtown CABO, one way, due to Pedregal location.
Saw tons of whales from our viewpoint!!
