The room was very small, with Kitchen in the closet beside the main door. Toilet right beside bed. Reception is offsite, had issues with people trying to get into our room luckily door was locked manually by us. People were very loud our last night were still partying with music when we left at 7:30am, safe to say we slept very little. The TV could not be plugged in as outlet was just a mess of wires. We thought there would be at least a proper sink to wash dishes but there is just a very small sink in washroom with shelf to hold toothbrushes. Overall very disappointed. Stayed in a few other hotels/Airbnb in Poland including in krakow and had way better accommodation for less or same price.

Location and free parking, kitchen facilities were great

Place needs makeover: broken radiator in the bathroom, broken bath tap for shower, very dated furniture - you can feel how many bums actually sat on them sofas. There was occasional toilet smell from the ground floor. Bathroom window faces other apartments and you are literally exposed. Bedding felt like it was 10 years old and God knows how many people slept on them pillows.. And the lightning is very dim even with all the lights on, on a rainy day can feel depressive. It doesn't feel VIP, not even close. Someone is not willing to invest into the upkeep. We stayed in the Sasanka room on the top floor.

small issue with toilet ( flashing was taking sometimes more then 2 times ) and bath plug was not the easiest to press if you wanted take a bath

Stay with a family of five and one young children. Means of transport - a larger car. Things we liked: * The recipient desk was excellent at speaking English, and communication was clear. * The apartments were exceptionally visual (in other words - beautiful) to stay in. * Everything written on the Booking.com website was found in the apartments. * The apartments had more than needed basic food preparation utensils and cutlery. * During rain, no leaks were noticed, despite the apartments being in the basement. * The apartments were of pristine cleanliness. No issues were found regarding cleanliness. * The furniture (beds, sitting furniture) was comfortable, clean, and nice to use. * Acceptable price-to-quality ratio. * The location was exceptional, and it was easy to access the heart of Zakopane on foot.

Some moderate flaws were noticed during the stay: * Worth pointing out - the apartment page on the Booking.com website can be mistaken if read incorrectly. It looked like "Apartment - 1 floor", but in reality, it was "Apartment -1 floor". What looked like apartments on the first floor, were actually apartments in the basement. Again, worth pointing out for other travellers. * Being located in the basement, it got quite hot on sunny days. There was no means to combat possible heat, and no air conditioning in the apartments, so on sunny and hotter days it was uncomfortable enough to bear the heat. * Moreover, being located in the basement, there was not enough lighting in the salon/kitchen. Natural lighting was heavily insufficient, especially if someone parked their car near windows. * The parking spaces were extremely clustered and it would be difficult to access with larger vehicles or larger families. * The washing machine was not working due to unknown reasons and might require fixing.
