It was really bright in morning but not a big deal

Comfortable and spacious. Sauna,children's indoor playground included in the price. Good location.

See through curtains made it a challenge to fall sleep,black out curtains could really make a difference. Bad noise isolation but this is a problem for almost all hotels/appartments in Zakopane.

Kids friendly, comfy, good for families.

Bathroom smelled like smoke (coming for other apartments through the exhaust).

Location was ok, 10 min. walk from the centre, flat size and cleanliness was very good.

The swimming pool (more like a big bathtub) was crammed with people - not a reason to come next time for sure. The parking lot is claustrophobic, badly-lit and hard to move around. The flat was nice, but the walls are super thin, we could hear what the neighbours were arguing about... Also just FYI, not a single parking space for guests, when to come to check-in.

apartment was spacious and ideal and this is 3rd visit to apartments and this has been the nicest so far, however the below comments did let it down.

the apartment had no wi-fi, it was advertised and we have stayed in different apartments previously and had no issue however with two children who want to use the internet this did cause an issue and me a lot o money via date usage on phones. disappointing as the apartment other than this was great. friends were in other apartments and they all had no issues with wi-fi and they too could also not access when we asked if they could in our apartment.

everything’s clean, nice location , nice breakfast- they deliver it them to apartment (only minus they should tell it) , SPA and pool included in the price . nice staff

parking only for one car, even if we were willing to pay for extra car

Good central location, convenient parking, helpful reception, pool, sauna.

Apartment worn out, very average cleaning, no light in refrigerator, lights in bedroom not working, no batteries in remote for TV, almost everything is falling apart, very bad sound isolation, neighbors where having party every night. They use strong chemicals for towels and bed lining washing, I've got allergy and had to go for first aid to hospital. Other apartments where much better quality and more spacious.

good location, enough space but a bit tattared and outdated

The apartment is close to the downtown, our flat had a great outlook to the mountains.

Noisy neighbours, but this is not the problem of the place.

There mentioned address is wrong we had face huge dificuties to find it. Phone number was not answer. One of English speaking Polish person called to his many friends and he type us to correct address on Google map..

the parking place was very well organized, so you can park close to your apartment, the bathroom very nice, warm floor, the kitchen very well organized, and the beds were confortable

the noise from the apartment. the windows from the bedroom were broken I think so you could hear each car, each voice (!and is at 4th floor), if the toilet paper was finished you had to go an to buy (I don’t think is ok at this price and at this score on booking). The walls was damaged, the couch was old and damaged but no matter what they took us a guarantee 500pln. We don’t see it ok to pay guarantee for old and damaged things. And the ceiling was so low that we hit our heads several times!
