The property was everything that we hoped for. Clean and comfortable with all the appliances we needed. The beach pass is a bonus. Location ideal for walking to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and for visiting other parts of Cape Cod.

Very nice didn’t know it was two stories. Not good at our age and our bad knees. Great otherwise.

Nice condo right off of main street. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Located right behind a cookie bakery... The aroma was WONDERFUL. Jan is incredibly nice and a pleasure to do business with.

This great location saved our week on the Cape. The weather was cold and wet but the house was comfortable and well equipped. Walkable to all the sites and shopping in Hyannis.

We loved staying at the condo. Besides being in a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and beaches, the condo had all the amenities we needed for our girls weekend. Jan kept in touch leading up to our visit and the check in process was very easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Myself and a few friends stayed at Janis' condo in mid September, it was wonderful! Janis was very kind and was a pleasure to communicate with prior to the trip, answering any last minute questions. Staying at the property was wonderful and we did not need to reach out to Janis at all as everything was organized and as expected! We traveled to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket on two separate days and literally were able to walk to the Hyline Cruise dock where our ferries were departing and returning. It made our travels for those days very convenient for us! It was a wonderful time and I recommend staying at this property! 5 stars :)

Great location. Super nearby restaurants. Great aroma from Kayak cookies. A little dated. Needs a few improvements...new air conditioner upstairs, new box spring, less cluttered feel.

Each village/town on the Cape has a different personality. Hyannis is the commerical/geographic center of Cape Cod. Jan's location is within two minutes of the major strip of Main street, which was lively and fun. Jan was wonderful and easy to communicate and supportive of our issues with our bikes. As noted in other reviews, you wake up to the smell of the bakery directly in front of you, so if you are on Atkins, you are in trouble:) There was a great find next door to the bakery - the Mykonos Greek Flea Market store which had amazing prices on jewelery/antiques. We ventured to a different beach each day, so Jan's beach pass was perfect for Barnstable beaches. We particularly loved Kalmus Beach (bring your goggles/mask/fins and binoculars). You can walk (a nice hike) or bike (about 10-15 minutes) to Kalmus and an easy bike ride past the ferries, restaurants and Artist Shanties. Veterans Beach is also on the way to Kalmus Beach, which is perfect for younger children and still fun for older children/adults. Kalmus Beach also has a bayside beach and Nantucket Sound beach which was a nice surprise. The quality of the food at the beach food shacks are better than some restaurants, although we brought some food from the grocery stores which are 5-10 minutes from the condo. The condo fits a family of four perfectly and has a pull out sofa, which also includes a half bathroom, which was helpful for getting ready for the day. To end, Jan also supplies up-to-date beach chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrellas....even a pair of binoculars.

This was perfect for our quick trip to the cape with our teens. Close to the marina, shops, and ferry.

This property is very clean, cozy, and convenient to all that the Hyannis area has to offer. We were within walking distance to the main street shops and restaurants. We also were able to walk to the artist shanties, the Maritime Museum, and the JFK museum. Jan quickly responded when I reached out. Would highly recommend.

The property was clean, adequate space and numerous amenities for beach. Nicely decorated in Cape Cod theme and more than enough supplies to assist with everyday living. Would rent again and again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Janis’ property! She had it fully stocked with the essentials, and was excellent at communicating with her guests. Checking in and checking out was minimal which made for an easy process. It is in such a great location that we felt we could walk so many places! Definitely recommend staying here!

We were very satisfied with everything concerning our stay. Janis was very prompt responding to any questions we had concerning the rental and local activities. The rental is in a great location. We were able to walk to many different restaurants and activities. We ate breakfast 3 mornings at Percys right next to the property. The beach pass was a great perk and saved us a few bucks. We went to a Red Sox game which was pretty cool and pretty easy. Just an hour drive to Braintree T station and 40 minute ride up to ballpark. We did whale watching trip that was great and only 15 minutes away. Look forward to returning again soon.

It says a lot when you check into a property and don't need to contact the host with questions! Janis gave us complete information. There were no problems with finding the condo and checking in. The property is sparkling clean and so homey. The outside is well maintained. We settled right in. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything was in perfect working order. All we needed to buy was food! There's staples(salt, pepper, sweeteners, oil, and vinegar) and ample cleaning products. The downstairs is adorable, the TV was cool, comfortable chairs and sofa, and ample books. There are beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a cooler provided, this was huge in terms of what we didn't have to pack! Janis provided a great binder with information, and we added to it. I highly recommend the Whydah Pirate Museum in Yarmouth! I traveled with my husband and 14 year old daughter. The master bedroom is beautiful and full of light. There is a huge closet and lots of drawer space. We were very comfortable. The other bedroom is quite small with two twin beds. My daughter had no issues, she liked the room. Both rooms had air conditioning. The full bathroom is nice. This property is very close to downtown Hyannis. Every night we walked down to the harbor and along Main Street. It's beautiful, with tons of great restaurants and shopping. There are neat activities going on every night in the park behind the JFK museum. Everything is so close that we didn't have to worry about parking, we just walked. The beaches are great, Veteran's Park is ideal for families with little ones. Kalmus Beach is beautiful also. We went to quite a few different beaches on the Cape, and the provided beach pass for the beaches in the town of Barnstable was invaluable! The ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket departs from the harbor and is a short walk from the condo, no need to pay for parking! We couldn't ask for a better location. We enjoyed our stay so much. It was so nice to come back after a busy day and relax in a comfortable home. We absolutely will be returning. Thank you, Janis!

This condo is so cozy, spotless and had everything we needed!! Location is fantastic!!! The Harbor, Ferries, Main St, JFK Museum, Bakery and Fabulous Restaurants, are all nearby and just a short walk from the condo. Janis is a wonderful hostess, she is quick to respond and very accommodating. Communication with her was very easy. We enjoyed our 1st trip to the Cape very much and will be back to stay at Janis’s condo again! I Highly recommend staying here!!

This condo is located just off one end of Main Street, Hyannis and is super convenient to walking everywhere…shops, restaurants, and ferries. We had a wonderful time! Recommend Persey’s for a terrific breakfast and it’s right around the corner. You will need to pack everything or plan to go to a Laundromat though. WiFi was good to have. We got a lot of use from the beach pass, included with this rental.

Great location. Easy walk to all the shops in Main Street and the port. Made things a lot easier. Janis was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to rent from!

The apartment was at a good location close to Hyannis Harbor and Maine Street . It was clean and comfortable the parking allowed two cars I recommend this apartment . Also close to the bus station that goes to Plymouth, Boston and the airport. Recommended this place .

Tucked behind Main Street is this quiet 2 story apartment. Her whole microneighborhood is under construction will look wonderful. The location is within walking biking distance to breakfast cafe, grocer, dockside eateries, JFK Museum, park and beach , the railroad etc. Best stocked kitchen and living room. Great value. Loved my stay, my best to Janice.

We had a great time! Janice was great to work with, very responsive and informative. Located central to all that was going on. Walking distance to everything!! We had everything we needed at the place. Very happy with everything.

My son stayed in Janis’s Hyannis condo for six weeks while doing a physical therapy clinical rotation. Janis met my son on the first day and gave him a tour of the condo. The condo was clean and convenient to downtown and the harbor. My wife and I visited our son for one weekend and enjoyed staying at the condo. We walked everyday down to the beach and the Kennedy Memorial. Great seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Janis and her Hyannis condo.

This was located in the most perfect location and had everything you could possibly need. Jan was a great host and was readily available if you needed anything. This was blocks away from the ferry and JFK museum as well as nice restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this place!

Great condo. Comfortable and clean with all the amenities needed. Great location to walk to downtown Hyannis and to the waterfront.

The location is on the street to Nantucket and MV ferries and the Hyannis Harbor, with easy access to: Main Street (just about block outside the downtown businesses), roads to Yarmouth and Dennis beaches (we really loved Gray's Beach which is FREE, has a boardwalk and small beach with small sandbars when tide is out and good swimming when tide is in and also Seagull Beach), and Cape Cod Mall. Car ride to Lighthouse Beach took about minutes. There was a little trouble with internet, Verizon was at fault, and Janis was very responsive and kept us up-to-date and asked for confirmation all was well. The house is well-stocked with all the necessities, plus perks of a beach umbrella, beach chairs and towels, and a Barnstable beach pass. We recommend this spot! Thanks Janis!

The condo was clean, the location was awesome and the weather was amazing for the beach and the fireworks. It was nice to see the owner at check-in and get a bunch of good information about the area.

Great proximity to everything with a free Beach pass was nice. .Clean. Well located to Main St. and the harbor.. Can't wait to do it again.
