Furnished Cottage in Historic Silver City
Le Carriage House Cottage est niché derrière l'Abraham House David, l'une des principales maisons historiques de Silver City, détenue par Jim & Tricia Reynolds. Le Carriage House a été construite autour de 1917 et était en effet à l'origine une maison de transport avec les quartiers des domestiques attachés. Carriage House Cottage a été rénové en 2000 comme maison de retraite et est meublé avec des antiquités et des souvenirs de famille peut. Certains éléments de la maison d'origine du chariot sont encore en évidence, à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la maison.
Le Cottage est à la fois confortable et fonctionnel. Les clients se sentent comme à la maison à partir du moment où ils entrent dans la maison. Cette location de vacances accueillant se trouve dans un quartier tranquille et reposant d'une partie historique de Silver City.
Le chalet a son propre patio avec un parking juste en face d'elle. Côté de la maison est un verger de fruits et bien comme une treille. Pour l'intimité de la partie arrière de la propriété est entourée par un mur de briques.
Il est situé à une courte distance de marche du centre-ville historique de Silver City avec tous ses «magasins d'antiquités uniques, galeries d'art, restaurants et boutiques.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Carriage Cottage House! It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The Carriage House was like a step into the past, but with all the comforts of home. It’s centrally located. We used it as a base to cycle in all different directions. The best was toward the Gila Cliff Duelings in the Gila National Forest.

They thought of everything! Cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bath, towels in bathroom storage, and every time you needed something - there it was. We stayed in this property two weeks and came to refer to the carriage house as "home." Walked to the historic city center district for meals and shopping - so good to leave the car behind. Highly recommend!

It is such a relaxing, cozy, and quiet place! The large, firm bed with lots of space and the Jacuzzi was extremely relaxing while looking up at the stars! Very pet-friendly! Talked to the owner the day prior and had a great conversation.

I wanted see more of New Mexico and had never been to the quaint old town of Silver city. It is very walkable and interesting. The cottage was close to the sites.
The cottage was fully equipped and warm and cozy.
I found it very comfortable. Coffee was even provided. Along with some sweets.

We had a beautiful stay. It was a little cold outside in the mornings! The Carriage house is so cute and the main house architecture is beautiful!Silver City has a lot to offer. Little Toad Creek Brewery and Distillery was our favorite place to eat and drink! Love the atmosphere! Okay he Big Ditch park is great walks by paths. We went to the Catwalk and Rockhound State Park! Recommend both!

We enjoyed our cottage stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out was very easy and Tricia touched base via message on the first day. We had hoped to explore and walk to downtown Silver City, however, the shops closed by 5 and we were out exploring Gila Cliff Dwellings and Catwalk Recreation area during the day and missed the opportunity. Plus the walk was not as easy as anticipated with hills to contend with although we did drive down the first evening and had dinner. We stayed before Memorial Day so I assume shops may stay open later during normal Summer season. Overall we had a great stay!

The "Carriage House Cottage" is a spacious one bedroom, one bath home in the back yard of a large older (1880's) home. It is in easy walking distance to Gough Park (Blues Festival) and Bullard St. (central to quint stores).
The in keeper, Tracie, is a delightful lady, who graciously put up with our many inane questions.
We will definitely stay there the next time we visit Silver City.

Well located a few blocks from the small “downtown” area of Silver City NM, this house is a renovated, comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath place to stay. Kitchen is well appointed, comfortable sitting areas inside and out, and a short walk to sightsee, eat, and shop. It is on a rise, and my wife who has some knee problems couldn’t walk comfortably in some directions, but a 2 minute drive would get you to the shops/restaurants nearby. Host was very helpful. Description on vrbo was accurate.

This is a wonderful property. Great quiet location next to downtown. A very historic area of Silver City.
Private off-street parking right in front of cottage.

My Husband and I booked this rental for our day hikes. Very clean rental, off street parking, comfortable and the king bed was heavenly! The hot tub was perfect temperature set and ready to use at our likings. Cute town! We were very happy with our stay and would happily come back.

Nice stay in Silver City
We had a nice stay at the Cottage, which was well maintained, comfortable and within easy walking distance of downtown Silver City. The neighborhood was quiet with a number of stately older homes and very near a large open space area with several nice hiking trails. We would definitely stay at the Cottage again if we return to Silver City

A perfect place to stay
This property is within walking distance of town. It is quiet and roomy. We were able to prepare meals, enjoy that fresh cup of coffee in the morning, and watch movies in the evening. A nice 'home-base' for seeing area sights like the Catwalk and Cliff Dwellings.
