The owner Marc was very responsive and informative. Tha apartment was great. We would definitely rent it again if visiting London.

This flat is a true gem! It's fully modernized with beautiful amenities. The kitchen has an induction stove top, oven, fridge, dish washer, washer/dryer, pots/pans/bowels/dishes/glasses/kettle/espresso, as well as tea bags/coffee/sugar/soap/dishwasher detergent/cloths washer detergent/ etc... to enjoy. The living room is LARGE with two sofa's, table/chairs, cable TV, and drawer unit with umbrellas, books, and tour guides. The bath is modern with a tub/shower unit and plenty hot water. Liquid soaps are supplied in the shower and at every sink. The towels are 5 star plush! The bedroom has it's own TV, comfortable bed and large useful closet.
The location is superb! It's a 5 minute walk west to Buckingham Palace or 5 minutes walk east to Westminster Abbey. It's located on an upper floor and there is a great bakery on the ground floor. It's also, literally, 20 steps from the St. James tube. The bus stop is 2 blocks. The flat is in a posh area so you feel safe walking from the bus stop after a play or night out. There are loads of restaurants, from The Albert, a famous pub to five guys within a 5-7 minute walk.
Check-in is fool proof. Marc emailed me the instructions which helped a bunch since my cell phone didn't have service when I landed in London. Marc is a great communicator and sent several emails during our stay, making sure everything was good and to let us know that the bank holiday would affect the bus and train schedules. Our best VRBO ever!

Great location right near tube station. Easy walk to all the Westminster sights and plenty of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The furniture is comfortable and extra blankets and pillows are available. The host was easily available to answer questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Marc’s lovely apartment was the perfect accommodation for our London stay! It was within walking distance to many of the major attractions and the tube station was close by for longer distances. The apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked. We appreciated the snacks, water and wine that was provided by the host. There’s also a convenience store, bakery and pub right outside for anything else we needed. Would love to return one day!

We booked Marc’s apartment for a 4 night stay. It was our second time there. The apartment is beautiful, like the pictures. Clean, big, comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. It is not cluttered and looks fresh and up to date. The bathroom is bright and the towels are soft. The bed is comfortable. Marc included plenty of supplies so we didn’t have to stock up on toilet paper or soaps/detergent. He also left snacks and wine to welcome us back. So nice! We had perfect spring weather, a little chilly but sunny, during our trip. All of the windows face the road but we could keep the bedroom windows closed to muffle traffic noise at night (which really dies down dramatically between like 11pm and 6am). The proximity to the tube is perfection! Overall, it’s one of our favorite apartments anywhere and we look forward to another stay in the future!

Great apartment! Clean, modern, comfortable apartment with security locks and a building elevator. It is in walking distance to major tourist sites including Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Big Ben, and the theater district. The tube was only 2 blocks away. There is a convenience store, bakery and pub around the corner. Marc was responsive and took care of any issues that came up in the booking process and after our arrival. Highly recommend this property!

What a wonderful stay in this beautiful flat! Not only are the accommodations five stars, but the location of this flat is perfect! If you want to walk to places you only need to walk out the door and find yourself immersed in London's charm. However, if you are traveling around London, the Tube is only a few steps away. Immaculate fully equipped accommodations in a great neighborhood! Convenient to all of the good stuff (Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Churchill war rooms) and next door to the St James Park Tube station. Very safe neighborhood and you are literally on the same property as the police station (this matters if you’re from the States like us and your idea of London is based on crime shows like Luther). Host Marc has excellent taste and set this place up
as you would your own flat so you feel at home. Anything you need good wifi, umbrellas (trust me you will need it), clothes drying rack, fully equipped kitchen, decent coffee and tea, a printer(some attractions require you to print your tickets) and other items too numerous to name is furnished. If we return to London we will definitely stay here again.

Our apt was lovely, you are next to two tube stations. A 10 min at most walk to Westminster Abbey and parliament, Westminster bridge. Pubs and restaurants at your fingertips. The apt is beautifully furnished with more than adequate pillows and extra blankets. They furnished laundry soap to do our laundry. The kitchen is brand new and amply stocked with dishes. Best of all when we arrived very lately from New York there was coffee for us to use first thing in the morning. There is a grocery store nearby and a local bodega and the police are in the parking lot, very safe location. We loved it.

This is a terrifically located flat, steps from St. James Park tube station and just a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Parliament and central London's parks. The flat has everything you need, including Wi-Fi, umbrellas, London guidebooks and a kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom met our needs. The host was very responsive to our queries.

You would be hard pressed to find a better apartment in central London. The close location to a wide range of amenities and transport options is brilliant. You are literally minutes from most things you need - a metro station on your doorstep, a convenience store, restaurants, cafes, pubs all surround the apartment. It is sensational. All the more impressive, because it is exactly as advertised. What you see on the listing is what you get and more. We had nine nights in the apartment visiting our two daughters who live in London so we became very familiar with the area.
Marc is the best and most accommodating host. Before we arrived we asked if there were firm pillows and because there were not, he went out of his way and got some. Exceptional service. He was responsive, informative and supportive. He readily offered a late checkout so that we didn’t have to wait around for an evening flight out. Great fellow and host.

We stayed 13 nights during New Year's and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location is terrific - steps from a Tube Stop and main bus routes, equidistant to Buckingham Palace & Westminster Abbey, and next to a great bakery and convenience store. Also, the building was secure and it felt very safe - close to law enforcement offices. The apartment has been very thoughtfully appointed and we had everything we needed (toaster, microwave, tea kettle, hair dryer, bath mat, nice towels and bedding, w/d, etc). It was great to have an elevator; the bed was quite comfortable; the heat, w/d and shower worked really well; and it was extremely clean. We also found communication with the owner to be outstanding - he was responsive, really cares about his guests' experience, and provided very helpful info about the apartment. We strongly recommend the apartment!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The rooms were large with lots of windows. The location was fantastic! So close to the Underground as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The Royal Artisanal Bakery around the corner was exceptional! Great coffee and pastries as well as sandwiches. We also enjoyed the Adam and Eve pub across the street. Marc was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was perfect and in a safe area. Clean and modern, yet cozy and inviting. Has everything you need. It is in a great location...only 1 min walk to St James Tube Station, 5 min to Victoria St (shops, restauarants) 5 min walk to Buckingham Palace and 7-8 min to Westminster Abbey/Big Ben area. There is a pub literally across the street & a convenience store on the corner. There is also a pastry shop below apartment and a Starbucks 1 min down the street. A Boots (beauty supply) and Grocery store (Tesco or Sainsbury) are close so you can grab essentials like extra TP or what have you and groceries like eggs, butter, bread, milk, snacks, etc. to have on hand for the mornings. The apartment supplied tea, coffee, sugar - thank you! Expect normal big city traffic noise in the morning as you wake up to the hustle and bustle, but no matter as you need to get up and explore anyway! Grab some tea from the kettle and plan the day in the spacious dining and living room area as the city comes to life. We enjoyed the horses trotting by & the occassional band which may have been the color guard for the Palace or the local police station. Didn't bother us a bit. The apartment host was so nice and accomodating at every turn. The host's excellent communication was very much appreciated. We absolutely LOVED this place and will try and stay here again when we return. It truly was PERFECTION! We rate this a 5-star without question and we enjoyed our stay so much!!

We would give this place a higher rating if possible. This place is amazing-CLEAN, comfortable bed and relaxing furniture. Besides the location being close to so many famous landmarks, it is super close to the underground and several neighborhood markets. We felt really safe, especially with the police station right below us, yet quite. Marc is a great host-super helpful, thoughtful and a wonderful communicator.

The perfect place for my husband and me to stay and experience London’s West End. We enjoyed walking through ST. James Park, Hyde Park, and visiting all the sites. We chose to walk but for those that rather take the underground, the station is a very short walk from the apartment.

I do give reviews on VRBO. If I’m not too pleased they’re quite simple and basic. This property got five stars across the board because it literally deserves it. The location couldn’t be better. It’s the perfect size for two people. It has everything you need for your stay except of course for food and beverages. The host is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Quick responses and very helpful with questions.
There’s a pub across the street with surely staff, and others within a short walk with more engaging staff for a better experience (Buckingham Arms for example). A convince store, and combination bakery, sandwich, pastries, coffee shop under the complex around the corner. Underground is just a couple minute walk further also around the corner. A Tesco Express is a few minutes walk if you need more than the convenience store can provide.
It’s an incredibly quite flat no noisy neighbors. There’s the occasional road or sidewalk noise to be expected in a city setting.
When come back we’re absolutely going to stay here again if it’s available.

This apartment is a wonderful little jewel in an excellent location. Located in the heart of London just steps away from all attractions. Everything in the apartment is brand new. Paint, carpeting, appliances. No stone left unturned. Very clean and comfortable. Nice bed and high quality linens and bath towels. This place is perfect for a couple and will not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay VERY much! We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

What an amazing apartment! The photos are exactly what it looked like! Cozy and comfortable and having the option to do laundry was an added benefit. From my very first inquiry to answering any question I had, Marc was an amazing, responsive host. The apartment is wonderful, a home away from home. The location is perfect, walkable to anything and everything. There is a pub and convenience store right around the corner and the Royal Artisan bakery is a must! The sandwiches are phenomenal ! What a pleasant surprise. Booked this property about a year ago. Marc (Host) was very quick to communicate any questions I had.
The flat is charming and located in a quiet neighborhood while at the same time being in the middle of everything. St. James Park and Buckingham Palace are 10 minute walk in one direction, while Westminster Bridge is 10 minute walk the other direction. Tube station to go anywhere is virtually right out the door.

Marc’s apartment is in a great location, just a minute from the St James’s tube stop and easily walkable to many tourist sites. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was a real bonus. We were able to leave our luggage when we got in early in the morning (which was most appreciated). Very simple check in/out process. The usb outlets were super convenient and we never even needed our electric adapters to charge our electronics. Marc is a gracious host and very quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

This apartment was sparkling: clean, pretty, well appointed with everything we needed, including coffee, milk, biscuits, snacks, wine!, wash cloths. It is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in our travels. It is seriously convenient to all Westminster sites (walking) and all of London (by tube via St James’s Park). Marc was extremely responsive when our jet lagged selves couldn’t figure out things like where to find the keys or the wifi name. We had 6 nights from 1-7 September during a London heatwave so it was warm in the flat. The 2 fans helped. But we had to keep all the windows open thus it was pretty noisy. The flat’s (non double paned) windows are on busy Petty France. This was really only a problem because of the heatwave and open windows. We did get to hear the clip clop of horses early a couple of mornings, which was lovely. Another drawback was the lack of grocery stores in the nearby vicinity. Overall, we were really pleased to stay at Marc’s place. And would definitely book it again on another trip.

Marc’s property is everything one would expect from a vacation home! Location, clean, and comfortable bedding was a plus! All towels and linens smell nice and clean. Close to Westminster Abbey one way and the Palace in another direction. Downstairs there is a small convenience store and several restaurants close by. We had a wonderful stay at Marc's flat. It was all the website said it would be, and more! Impeccably clean, well-lighted with lots of windows, nice bathroom, plenty of room for the two of us for a 6-night stay. The bed was super-comfortable, and the kitchen had all the appliances and kitchenware we needed. (The jar of candy was irresistible!) The location is perfect for getting around London, on foot or the Underground system. Marc's communications with us were excellent throughout the whole process. This will be our go-to place to stay the next time we have the opportunity to spend some time in London.

Great location; only 1-2 mins walking distance to tube; and easy to go to supermarket; the home is new renovated and looks modern and clean (just like the photos). Marc is very responsive and helpful. He also give us all the information that I want. Good wifi speed.
Because it's near the tube, sometimes may not be so quiet and nearby it has some construction working on ..so if you have jetlag, then may not sleep well. Overall the home is great (just look like the photos!)

We loved staying at Marc's apartment! We had been on a mission trip in Uganda and it was a delightful place to stay for a few nights on the trip home. The location could not be better - less than one block to the St James Park station and a quick walk to both Westminster Abbey and Buckingham palace. this location made it easy for us to stop by during the day to drop things off as it was central to everything. We ended up in London a few hours before checkin and Marc was gracious to let us check in earlier. The apartment was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. It had all of the amenities of home. Marc was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here! Will definitely try to book it before anything else the next time I'm in London.

Great location, easy to walk to the tourist site, easy access to convenience market, bakery, restaurants, and the TUBE. Unit inside was new looking, very clean, well maintained, and spacious. If you are tall like me, 6'4", it was nice to have a king size bed and a large shower. Marc, the owner was wonderful to deal with and helpful when asked questions.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, fresh and modern throughout. The elevator easily accommodates two people with luggage. The location is absolutely fantastic! The neighborhood is very safe with the convenience of two entrances to St James Park Underground station within a couple of hundred feet from the front door of the building. It is less than a 5 minute walk to St James Park and only about a 10 minute walk to either Buckingham Palace or Westminster Abbey. There is also a nice, popular pub right on the corner near the entrance to the building.
We have stayed at many properties in Europe and elsewhere and I must say that Marc was the most proactive and responsive host we have ever had. We would absolutely stay at his apartment again.
