This home was absolutely beautiful! I rented for a place for my entire family to stay for my nieces wedding which was at the Barns which was very close to this house! We were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket! There was plenty of room and the view of the lake was spectacular! My grandchildren enjoyed watching the boats from the window in the front sitting room! I highly recommend and would rent this property again!

The Lake House was amazing! Extremely clean, spacious, all amenities you would need & more! Located right on the water with a private dock. Beatiful property! Highly recommend! Tnere were 8 adults in my group and plenty of room for all. Tim is a thoughtful host and this property is a 10/10!

The owner makes Summer Breeze a great place to stay. Everything we needed was on site. Check-in and check-out was very easy. It was a great place for adults as well as children.

My family and I had a great vacation for the Fourth of July week everything was good in the house everything worked they left all the necessities you would need to stay there… A beautiful gift box with wine bread cookies mugs gift certificates to different restaurants very very accommodating it’s a beautiful place to stay

We had a great time at this house. Lake Conesus is super swimmable; we were there in late and the temp was great. Saw some references to algae blooms later in the summer, but we didn't see any. The bottom is slightly rocky/lake weedy, but not mucky. We fished every day off the pier too; caught lots of Bluegills, a couple of Bass and Pumpkinseeds too. The house is very efficiently put together. We liked the sunroom renovation, and the window a/c units were nice considering it was a heatwave part of the the week. There's a couple of nearby places to rent pontoon boats nearby; we rented one for the day and that was really fun. Also worth checking out Letchworth State Park, Minnehans in Lakeville for Go-karts/Mini-golf, and Niagara Falls is only 1.5 hours away.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well appointed and accommodated our group of eight with beds to spare. Tim was very responsive to any questions we had. We swam and kayaked every day, it was such a lovely get away!

This house was perfect for our family of 12. There was Plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom and living room were both updated and beautiful. The air conditioning was wonderful since a few days the temp reached into the 90s. Everyone had a blast swimming in the lake and eating s’mores by the fire. The only thing that would have made it better would be a larger or second refrigerator for drinks. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. It was a great week and we would gladly stay here again.

We had a great time at the house. Amazing views and great lake access. Plenty of room for the 8 of us, both inside and outside. Love the updated bathroom and living room. Short drive to Geneseo for shopping and supplies if needed. Exactly what we were looking for!

We usually go to the beach but this year with the covid virus our plans were cancelled and we found ourselves looking for a different location. We were not disappointed. Our family enjoyed our time on the lake and relaxing in the comfortable lakeside home with a great view. With 7 adults and 3 children this home was perfect for our needs which included a kids room. We hope to make this a repeat destination. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

We were surprisingly greeted by the owner, Tim, upon our arrival who was gracious enough to give us a tour and show us how things worked. He also left us some local goodies and an info sheet to help us get around. This home was everything it said it would. We loved the new gas fireplace which kept us cozy and the bedrooms fit our family needs perfectly. This was our first time away for Thanksgiving and I couldn't have been happier with our choice of homes. Despite having to bring a few extra things to make sure our Thanksgiving Day meal was a success, this home was stocked better than any other VRBO I've ever had. The weather was great which allowed us to have some cozy outdoor fires. Being so close to the water was very calming. We enjoyed lots of meals and played many games at the dining room table. The washer has a bit of a wobble but does the job quickly and efficiently. We got an ice storm on the last night which made packing up and leaving challenging but Tim had ice melt available for us. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Tim for a wonderful experience, being quick to respond and opening your home to us!!

We had a November family reunion at Summer Breezes. It’s very comfortable, attractive..and well winter-sized. We enjoyed the fireplace. A couple of comfortable seating areas made it roomy enough for our group of 9 and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment.

The house was everything the listing said it was and the views were even better then anticipated. Even with the colder weather, having the gas fireplace to keep warm and beautiful big windows to look out at the view made the little time we were in the house very enjoyable. The welcome basket of goodies was much appreciated. We really enjoyed the recommended restaurant. And our time at Letchworth state park will definitely bring us back to the area again and checking the availability of this house.

Everything was just as advertised. The view was beautiful. Marshmallows over fire in the fire pit. Steaks on the grill. Dock was convenient for our fishing boat. Appreciated the goodies in the welcome basket. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I and our 2 dogs stayed at :Summer breezes on the lake" from 10/06 to 10/12 2019. This is a great place, for couples or a larger family. The pictures and description were 100% accurate, as are the other reviews for this place. We ran into the owner, Tim, upon check-in and chatted with him for a moment. We found the he left on the kitchen table a gift basket with some goodies and gift certificates included (I won't say what, so as to leave it a surprise). There is a beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen table as wall as two chairs in the living area. There are 5 well-apppointed bedrooms (hint:for cool nights, the bedroom with the red comforter--that will keep you nice and cozy). Easy instruction are include for use of the gas fireplace, tv remote, and Keurig machine (coffee pods included). cell service is fine through AT&T, at least. There is also a nice firepit with seating to enjoy (wood was left I believe by the previous tenant). The lake view is wonderful, it is about a mile across--with a view of the ridgeline and homes of the other side of the lake--and about 8 miles long (house is approximately centrally located--a little northward). For activities, we went about a half hour drive west to Letchworth State Park one day (must see!!), about 40 minute drive east to Seneca Lake and the wine trail another day, and took a hour drive north to Lake Ontario to Hamlin Beach State Park and Lakeside Beach State Park, both along the Lake Ontario Park on a third day. Great trip, great location, great place to stay.

House had ample room for our family, including kids, with plenty to do (boating, games, campfire, etc.). All the comforts of home, with all the beauty of being on the lake. Felt private, without being secluded. Wonderful hospitable touches including fresh flowers, wine, coffee, bread, and local goodies. Thanks for a great weekend!
