Clean, everything worked, quick property management response when needed for minor concerns. Good times!

Pros: This property is in a great location, right on the lake. They have installed a new dock. The common area was spacious. Cons: The property has been neglected. The outside landscaping is a mess and the deck needs to be stained/painted. The inside needs deep cleaning and painting. There is not a fan in the Jack and Jill bathroom on the main floor and the sconces are rusting, wallpaper is peeling and the vanity is old and not in good shape from the moisture. When we arrived, no sheets were left for the sleeper sofa and I called the property management company. They responded early the next morning and stated housekeeping would drop off a set. They never did. Luckily, I found a set of sheets in a closet, washed and dried them so we could use them. The dishwasher leaves a gritty film on the dishes and we had to rewash dishes constantly. A shade in the bedroom was broken and we could not lift it to see the beautiful lake view. The bathroom shade was also broken. There were spiders and cobwebs by the ceiling in the main bedroom, which my husband had to remove. The kitchen cabinets need a thorough cleaning inside and out. The light fixtures have bugs in them. During our stay there were hundreds of hornets on our vehicles due to the sap from the tree above the driveway.

Perfect for the family to be together for my daughter’s graduation from Geneseo. House was lovely. Had nice evening fire in fire pit outside.

It was a great family get away! Location is perfect, right on the lake!

The positive side is the beautiful lake, we took kayak rides, the little boys had fun fishing off the dock, the older boys had fun swimming, we were all mesmerized by the sound of the waves! The house was clean, beds were nicely made and clean.. a big plus for us! Outside not so great, weeds in the flowerbeds made it look messy, the grill had not been cleaned or covered from the last use, cigarette butts outside the door.. a turnoff, the glass cups had a hairy type film inside that washed off easily, but it was kinda 😝. All in all we were grateful for a place to stay with our 10 children and they enjoyed every nook, especially the "slanting "pool table!

this was a great place for a relaxing weekend trip for a larger group of friends. The private dock was amazing, loved having a kayak and canoe to play with, although we wished there had actually been two kayaks like the listing said.

The view of the lake is beautiful! There were 12 of us in the family and we had plenty of room. The deck and outside could use some TLC but overall very nice and quiet. Enjoyed ourselves and wished we could have stayed longer!
