The check in process was very simple and straight forward. Very nice and easy to reach owner. The property itself was perfect for my friends and I, and was definitely a place I would stay again. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk/beach and is perfect because you are pretty much center of town. The place was very clean when we got there, and it was surprisingly very spacious. All of us agreed that the beds were very comfortable. I was also surprised that there were 3 full bathrooms which came in very handy, and the hot water worked for all of them even with them all on at same time. This place was perfect for me and my friends, but I’d also say it would be great for family.

I think it should be known that the parking garage is small and narrow. Hard to fit a van. Wish we had known about getting street parking passes ahead of time. We didn't go many places because of hardness of getting into garage . Otherwise great place to stay and easy to contact owner. Would recommend.

The house was comfortable. It was nicely decorated, and had ample space and seating including the deck. I would note that the beds were very uncomfortable and after reading others reviews I thought this wouldn't be a problem because the owner states they were new. Every movement was noisy. Maybe new box springs. The kitchen was only minimally supplied with usable pans. The ones available were very worn and unusable. I would also suggest investing in better brooms as it is a beach house and sand inevitably tracts in with you. Also, if you have a larger vehicle be warned that getting into the space is NOT likely to happen. We have a suburban and you do not have a turn radius for backing in as suggested. Pulling in forward isn't possible either. Forget using an overhead carrier on your car if it is already a taller car. You might want to alert potential renters to that. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Understanding that having to pack all bedding, towels and cleaning supplies is par for keeping cost down, especially so close to beach.

Condo was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. Walking distance to most restaurants and boardwalk fun.

We went down for out senior week and for most people, that gives a bad impression, but the owner trusted us and allowed us to stay at his rental property for a really good deal. For that we are thankful. The place was really clean and really close to the beach and boardwalk. The owner was very helpful in dealing with any situations that came up and quick to respond. The place was a good fit for 7-8 people. The only things we noticed was that the dryer needed 2 cycles and was loud, but it did its job. The listing says there are 6 beds. THERE ARE ONLY 4 BEDS. 2 queens in their respective rooms and one set of bunk beds which are full sized. Overall, fantastic location and stay. Would highly recommend.

Living room was dark - later I changed one of the dead lightbulb from another room and it got ok. Dryer - does it dry? not sure. Does it make big noise? Yes. So, after two cycle, still not dried. And you don't want to use the dryer at night due to the noise. Overall, nice location, fairly managed property.

The house is exactly as described. We had a slight issue getting in, due to the lock being difficult and the user having a "duh" moment. The owner helped out quickly and was very gracious. We read the reviews and booked knowing the beds may or may not be an issue. We'll reviews are on target. A little "Goldilocks" going on. One bed was soft, the other bed was over the top firm (hard), and the bunks worked just fine. We would stay again, but only if the mattresses were changed out.

One bed creaky every move it made noise other bed too hard. That is the only complaint everything else was excellent great location.

Proximity to beach and boardwalk was amazing, the home was decorated nicely and was clean. 2 Car garage is a real bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would recommended.

Great location could walk to everything The kid upstairs didn’t stop running from one side of the house the other until 2 am every night bunk beds are for small kids my teenagers didn’t fit into it bed in the middle room is very hard and noisy The plumbing from upstairs sounded like it was going to drop on top of you as you slept

I really enjoyed staying at this condo. Incredibly convenient location to the boardwalk and restaurants. The owner was excellent to work with. Very helpful. The only thing I would request to have are garbage cans in the bathroom, other than that the place is Perfect for a family.
