We enjoyed our stay at this property! We were so glad to see all was listed as it truly was, very quiet area and very accessible to all the nearby attractions. Would recommend replacing the master bed as it groans and creeks with even the slightest movements; pillows could be improved as well. Last recommendation is to provide grill brushes for the outdoor grill which we assumed was okay for all residents to use, although it wasn't clear in the description. Thank you for making the check-in process so easy and for the condo to be so clean!

one bedroom, two bunk beds , shower/ bath combo. Everything listed is accurate. Jacuzzi/Pool, ping pong table, pool table was broken. Easy access to check in. I would stay again.

This was a great location and easy to find and get into. The decor is cute and love the lay out of the living space/kitchen. Our only complaint is the bed was pretty uncomfortable- my husband ended up sleeping on the couch. Otherwise was a nice little place for the weekend!

Had a great stay here during Memorial Day weekend! Shelley communicated clearly and everything was set up for us. Would definitely book here again!

Condo was nice, clean, centrally located and a great value. If I had one suggestion, better pillows. Definitely will be staying there again but I'll bring my own pillow.

The location of this stay makes it very worth it. An easy 5-10 minute drive to anywhere in Mammoth makes traveling around town very convenient. Cabin is cozy and well furnished.

Very nice condo with 1st floor access and parking up to the front door. Great for off loading. Unit itself is very comfortable and uncluttered. The kitchen is simple as stated but it's great when everything works! Sunshine Village is a well maintained association with a large hot tub and dry sauna. Ample open parking with easy access to everything that is Mammoth via Meridian.

This place was cozy, clean, and a great size for myself and two friends. We loved the location, there's a coffee shop, brewery, and lots of food places all in walkable distance, and it's not too far from Eagle lodge. The shuttle for getting to the mountain was right out front. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Nice towels and sheets We did lots of hiking Kitchen worked well So much attention to detail. Would love to stay again A bit noisy on the 2 nights someone was staying upstairs...lots of footsteps could be heard. But i am a light sleeper.

A nice, cozy place; perfect for a couple. Only issue was with the televisions; we finally figured out the one in the front room but were never able to get the one in the bedroom working. Otherwise, the only things i can think of is that we could have used a few more kitchen towels....and the can opener needs to be replaced. We had a lovely time!

Very rustic cabin in the perfect location. There are multiple different transportation lines across from the property that will take you all over the area. You can walk to Vons, a brewery, the golf course, movies, and bowling. You are close to the bike path, and the different parks. This location is perfect if you want to spend time exploring in the Mammoth Lakes area. The unit has everything you could want to cook, has plenty of space, and has room for additional guests or children.

Great cozy little place for a couple or small family. Clean, great location and easy first floor access. Smelled of a little of cigarette smoke and a couple lights didn’t work, but no big deal. Owner apologized. Easy to book and easy to understand entry procedure. Couldn’t get the TV in bedroom to work, but that’s ok. Neighbor upstairs was a little nosy. All in all, a great little get away, I would use again…..

This place reminds me of what a cabin should be. It was cozy and had an old school nostalgic feel to it. All the essentials. But what really made it special was the communication from the owner- the willingness to help people stranded in a snowstorm. They put my safety and well being above all and communicated with me throughout the entire time while the roads were closed. I’m so so thankful for this little spot, but mostly owners of the condo who helped me extend my stay in a time of need. I now have an emotional attachment to this spot and will definitely be back!

Lovely, cozy and perfectly functional setup for our small ( 2 adults + 1 teenager) family winter getaway. Walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants and a free bus to get around Mammoth if you prefer not to drive. Only two small quibbles, that I mention only so others are aware: there is a fair amount of noise from the upstairs ( bare floors upstairs= Numerous bumps and bangs ) and the Wi-Fi isn’t fast. Recommend downloading movies etc before coming up rather than trying to stream. Neither of these are a huge problem and I mention only so others are aware. We would absolutely book again for our next trip. 😁

This was a quaint place for our Mammoth stay. It was close to Eagle lodge and a grocery store shopping strip with restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the place well equipped with all you need in the kitchen. We have 2 small children were safety at times were a concern. The bunk beds were a bit scary for us because there weren't a long rail on the top bunk just a short one. Also the wall heater was in the living where it was labeled to not block the front of it which was understandable but with small kids they roamed every where and we had to keep a close eye on at all times. The shower was great where you didnt have to wait for hot water it just came right on. Plenty of room for our family of 4. I contacted the owner and they replied back right away. We thought the fridge was not cooling but in actuality it was just too cold outside that when you feel inside the fridge it was not "cold" even though it was fine. Parking was right up front and we had a great time snowboarding nearby and checking out the town. Great stay for our winter break of 4 nights!

I drove 8 hrs to get a filthy room. Contacted the owner and “ this isn’t the first time this has happened.” It was my fiancé’s birthday and thanksgiving weekend. We were without option given our refund and told to find somewhere else to stay. On a holiday weekend in mammoth that’s nearly impossible. A weekend trip turned into driving to mammoth for lunch and turning around and going home in the same day. I will Never recommend this place and will never use this property or owner ever again.
