C'est un quartier très facile à vivre et une grande villa, pleine de lumière, confortable, toutes les commodités auxquelles vous pouvez penser! We loved our stay in Kiawah. A great spot with resort access! Spent the day on the beach and then finished the afternoon at the Night Heron pool slide. Accommodations were nice and loved the boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs! We’ll be back!

We have stayed in several properties in Fairway Oaks and this is now our FAVORITE. The layout is great, the condo is clean and lovely decorated and very comfortable. I love having coffee on a porch and this has a great second-story porch with amazing golf views. It's a great walk to the beach, maybe a little tough if you're lugging lots and lots of kid items in the summer, but it's all shaded and easily walkable. We had a great stay here ringing in 2024!

The Villa was very nice. Perfect for attending a wedding on the island.
The only suggestion I have would be to have a small welcome basket of sorts for the guests. We are used to staying in a place that has a few bottles of water and maybe a small basket with “goodies” to snack on. We had to unpack and quickly run to the store for water and a few snacks. It’s so nice to walk into a place that already has this. Just a suggestion…

My husband, 5-year-old twins, my mother, and I enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was seamless. We had access to resort pools, one of which was a three-minute walk away. The pools are wonderful, especially when traveling with kids. The condo was big enough for our family of five, but I would not want more people than that in it. The rooms were plenty big. My only comment is that the gully style bathroom between two of the bedrooms was tight, but it was certainly fine for a few days. The bathrooms felt a bit dated/rundown, too. But not the end of the world. We absolutely loved the seating area on the deck outside which looks over a golf hole. It was beautiful and perfect for having morning coffee. The unit owner was very responsive to any question we had, as was Kiawah Resort staff. The ocean was a 10-minute easy walk away. This was a nice property for a 4-5 day stay in Kiawah with a small group!

Beautiful location, close to pool and beach. View of golf course is a tease as it's soooo expensive! Do the research. Nice, quiet surroundings. Deer walk right past the deck in the evening. You do get a discount towards on-site restaurants. They all looked great but we opted to eat in and venture to more casual eateries. Accommodations very clean, comfortable beds and great shower pressure!

Disappointing Easter Stay
This condo is outdated. The "master" bedroom shares a toilet and shower with one of the twin rooms. The master bathroom sink is a pedestal sink located inside the bedroom with barley enough room to brush your teeth. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced. The dinning room table is a beautiful teek wood table but it's an outdoor piece of furniture. It has a hole for the umbrella in the middle. Nice table but tacky. There was a hole in the door in the upstairs 1/2 bath. Looks like it had been repaired once before. The door should be replaced. The coffee pot and maker were both broken and the hand mixer did not work. The resort replaced the coffee maker but not the hand mixer which we needed for making a pie. We were sorely disappointed with this unit, will not stay here again and only recommend this condo in a pinch. Nice view though and close to West Beach Pool.

Nice property, great view of golf course and easy walk to beach. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint, and the dishwasher was not working properly but the owner was very responsive and bought a new one right away. I had to get 4 sets of card keys at the check in desk because they did not code properly for the lock, overall beautiful island and great visit.

Perfect home base for trip
The property was terrific. Very clean, great view and centrally located. The owner did a great job of communicating with us and making sure we enjoyed our trip. Highly recommend this home!

Villa location was terrific, easy access to beach and other activities. Place was clean and communication with owner was seamless and efficient. Villa was perfect for 4 adults and two kids. Only recommendation would be to have a place to wash off sand from beach on returning to villa. Would recommend this villa.

Beautiful setting and convenient location
We spent a wonderful three days at this villa. It was the perfect size and setup for our family of five. The owner was very helpful and responsive in her communications. We will definitely be back!

Located just inside first gate. Great for biking to fresh fields. To far really to bike to osprey or ocean course. Couple of maintenance issues but they were resolved ASAP. Close to the new cougar point clubhouse. Really nice place to sit and have dinner or a drink

Location and the property were very good for this short stay. Housekeeping was pretty terrible. Bagged laundry was present on the porch at our arrival and stayed there throughout. It was a cool night, the bedsheets were inadequately dried (damp) and the blanket was full of sand. This was our very first bad housekeeping experience with multiple VRBO rentals throughout the US and abroad.

Quiet beach retreat
The house was wonderful for our weekend beach trip with family. It was stocked with lots of towels and extras little things like beach chairs and laundry soap and was fairly clean. The area is very peaceful and quiet. WeGetting to the beach was more difficult than I expected since the construction site closed the nearest boardwalk and we ended up walking further than we needed to reach a different one. The island was lovely and we enjoyed riding bikes around. My kids loved the splash area near the condo but were disappointed that it closed early in the day. We would definitely return to this house next time we vacation at kiawah!

Home is close to the beach. It’s plenty big enough for a family. The kids loved having a TV in their own room. Golf views are fun. The resort privileges component is an absolute must and this property offers it. Recommend it for sure.

Lovely condo in nice location
The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. A quick walk to the beach and nicely located in the West Beach area made for an easy ride on our bikes to the Night Heron complex. The kids loved it!

Great weekend with my family on Kiawah for my nieces wedding.
Love that the condo was an easy walk to the beach. Wish we had more time to explore the island. Villa grounds and golf course view were stunning.

Excellent week
My wife, 3 kids as I had the best time this week at Kiawah in this lovely villa. It was the perfect size for a family of 5 to have a little space after an action filled day. Renting bikes made exploring the island so fun. We would definitely stay here again.
