superb room and superb staff. located in a calm neighbourhood, perfect if you want to escape from busy HCMC.

The apartments are not serviced if you're staying less than a week. It was very clean when we arrived but rooms getting cleaned only every 7 days. Location is actually in the middle of nowhere in local residential area. It does feel a bit like staying at your granny's house as if you're coming back after midnight you'll need to wake your granny up to let you in ☺️ It was ok for a short time but we wouldn't come back mainly because of location

We booked this apartment due to its great location and proximity to Thủ Đức district, it had secure place for motorbikes during night (under lock), room was huge and amenities for cooking , showering and relaxing were all there. We had view of a nice 5* hotel from our window , bed was extremely comfortable and shower felt like double size! Once again have to highlight super friendly approach of host, she cared so much about our stay and that we are happy and for that we are both very grateful, hope to visit again someday

We had really good experience during our stay. The owners of that place are adorable people, even if they don't speak, they are really fluent users with translator. Overall, it was clean, and laundry service is available.

We weren't satisfied with wifi, as we had to work so it was important for us. Also, we once had a huge cockroach in our room, maybe because we opened the window or anything. And location is close to the busy district 2, but there is a lot of construction going on, so if won't take a bike or taxi, it won't be really nice walk.
