Non-functioning sliding doors to balcony or dryer.

the view was exceptional, everything inside the apartment it was clean, very spacious, washer and dryer inside the apartment that’s a plus.

Our condo was completely furnished; washer/dryers, beach towels, bath towels, dishes, glasses, flatware, toaster, even some spices. We liked the a/c units in each bedroom and the excellent ventilation in the main room. We loved the location right off the beach and everyone was very friendly and welcoming

The master bed was uncomfortable and probably needs to be replaced. The master bathroom fixtures were odd. You couldn't really wash your face over the basin due to the cabinets that overhung the sink. Additionally, the toilet was so close to the cabinet that it made use uncomfortable. I can't imagine anything can be done about that.

the location was spectacular.

the bldg needs maintenance. There was trash placed in an open utility closet in hall way it smelled like a death in hallway for a few days finally a tenant reported it and security told bldg janitor to get trash and lock up the utility closet.

Awesome location. Close to every attraction. Pool was a plus.

Condo would be 5* if remodeled.. Perhaps a lower price would make up for it. The entire building was in repair mode...Maria or earthquakes. We had a night with power outages that affected the all ACs ( this was not the condo's fault).

Lots of space.
