The proximity to the water and the view was AMAZING! The sound of the waves put me to sleep. Additionally, it was in walking distance to some water excursions and restaurants.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Close to park area where bio bay tours depart from. On site parking with security guard. Several restaurants very close and adjacent to park area.

Online pictures of the outside were a bit deceiving and were of the complex next door. Building is pretty old and unattractive. Could have used a few more amenities like a normal coffee maker, wash clothes for the shower, hand towels for the bath and kitchen, soap for the shower.

I enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony. The studio apartment was nice and spacious which made you forget it was a studio.

The lights went out 2x leaving us with no ac for about 2-3 hours due to nearby street work.
