This was a perfect location that was close in proximity to old downtown and so much more. The place was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. I plan on coming back in the near future and would definitely book again.

My wife and I came up for a weekend to do some exploring of local Texas history. This house is in a great location. Grocery store, coffee house, restaurants, all within walking distance. We loved exploring the city on foot, particularly the local university. House was very clean, and very well decorated. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and even did some late night walking. Would stay here again.

We loved staying at this cute home in downtown Nacogdoches, mere minutes to SFA campus. The house had everything we needed, plus more. Fully stocked barista bar with a large variety of k-cups, sugars, creams, flavored syrups…you name it, they have it! Check in and out was super easy and the location is perfect! The house was clean, cutely decorated and the perfect size (two full size bathrooms)! Houses in Nac don’t always have two full size bathrooms. Hoping to book again next time we’re in Nac!

This was a nice clean home. The home was a great place to visit with family. The only issue is people drive really fast down the street. Street needs at least a speed limit sign or some speed bumps.

This was a great little house with everything we needed for a short stay in Nacogdoches. Only two negatives for us was that the street traffic was noisy at night and the beds a little too soft for us. But other than that is was very nicely decorated and the perfect size for what we needed!

We had a delightful weekend visiting Nacogdoches with our son (a recent SFA graduate) and our daughter, who is considering transferring to SFA next year. The house was perfect for this. It was comfortable, attractive and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is fantastic. The location is within walking distance of downtown, Java Jacks, the best coffee house in town, and plenty of things to do. The house is beautiful, well apportioned, and we would stay here again.

We used this home for graduation and it was perfect. It has a clean and modernn vibe that is easy to walk into and make yourself at home. Easily one of my favorite places to stay. And they have a sister property next door!

We were in town for a wedding and there were 5 adults. We have stayed in many vacation rental properties and this house was a top pick. It was so comfortable, decorated beautifully - felt like I had come home to a perfectly clean house. Beds were great, coffee bar was a hit, kitchen supplies were spot on. They thought of all the little things and it shows. If we have a reason to be back in Nacogdoches - we will be returning !!!

The house was a beautifully renovated period home. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The house had all of the amenities anyone would want. It was so clean and so well furnished. We were instantly right at home! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this house! It’s so cozy and beautifully decorated. As another guest said, the snacks were very much appreciated! The lights were on upon arrival, like a true welcome home. I wish we had of discovered this sooner. Although our son just graduated from SFA, we will hopefully stay again for football games etc. I will definitely be recommending The Martin House to other SFA families.

This was a great house for our weekend getaway. The house is nicely decorated and loved the texas theme and coffee table books were a fun read. Lots of room and kitchen was helpfully stocked.
Just a few notes the internet was slow so streaming music was a bit hard. Liked that there was extra bedding but some of it was a little stained.
But definitely would book again :)

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!
We have been coming to Nac for many years, and this was the first time we stayed in a VRBO. It was absolutely wonderful! The house is adorable and conveniently located. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you need in terms of spices, pots and pans, etc. - in fact, might have been the best VRBO I've ever stayed at in terms of kitchen needs. Can't wait to return in the fall to enjoy the outside areas more, although even in July, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings!

Beautiful home with lovely details from the owners
Our stay was very good!! We enjoyed a lot your home!! Beautiful and clean. It had all the essentials and more. The hosts left a big variety of snacks (our kids loved that) and coffee (parents loved that). Easy check in, quiet neighborhood, nice place to stay. Totally recommended!!

Super clean and has everything you need. You are right around the corner from SFA, Kroger & restaurants, but you are also in a quiet neighborhood. It's perfect, we always stay here when visiting Nac. Highly recommended!

BEST NAC vrbo!!
We have stayed at multiple VRBO in nac over the last four years. Apparently, we saved the best for last (graduation weekend). This house was totally new inside. We will stay here next year for homecoming!

Adorable old house
We were pleasantly surprised by the cuteness of this remodeled old home. It was very comfortable and clean. The location was convenient to downtown as well as Banita Creek Hall and SFA.
