We enjoyed the cleanliness,location and the ambience

It was very noisy and our room was motel-like with no view and a lot of activity and noise outside our room with doors slamming and people yelling. There were a lot of people (mostly high school kids coming and going all night). They were there for prom night I believe.

Historic Status Great Retro feel

Large event going on - Athletes in Action Banquet- prevented our being able to park in hotel parking spaces - where we felt secure leaving our car. Instead we had to use a lot across the way which had a sign “Park at your own risk.” Business was not going to be liable for any theft or damage. It seems like since we were overnight hotel guests- we should have been able to use hotel parking.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room exceeded my expectations. Newly remodeled and comfortable bed. The bar and restaurant food and staff were great! Breakfast was delicious! I will definitely be back to visit!

loved the ambiance and the refurbished decor. The City Cafe on site has wonderful food , loved eating there.

Waitress at Cafe must have forgotten us. Service was horrible. Food was good though.
