The walls hadn't been cleaned. U could see food and drink on it and I had problems with the remote

The location was great with lots of choices for food near by. The room was very nice and looked newly remodeled. It was a very good size with plenty of room. It had a great coffee pot in the room. We asked for ground floor room because we are seniors and we got it.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. It would have been nice to have breakfast of some sort but most do not these days. No problem with this motel

The room looked freshly updated with fresh plant, possibly new floors, mini fridge, microwave.
Sheets had several stains, not conformable with that fact.
Front desk person not very friendly. Not rude, but not "thank you and enjoy your stay" friendly.
I can overlook all but the stained sheets.
My last stay in this town was with a major chain with very clean linens and a free breakfast for about the same price but they were booked. This college town books up early during certain weekends.
