Synthia had everything we needed to enjoy our family Christmas! The kitchen was well stocked, plus! The place was cozy and she even put up a Christmas tree for us. Synthia was great to respond to our questions! We had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to Sand Hollow and we didn't know what to expect for parking and convenience to trails. We had 2 vehicles and 2 trailers that were able to be parked along the street and in the driveway, and the park entrance to the lake was only about a 10 minute drive and same amount to drive to the start of trails. Took a drive to Gunlock Falls which was about 45 minutes away and worth the drive! Also did Toquerville Falls that took about 50 minutes to drive to, I would definitely recommend a UTV on the actual trail. The house was beautiful with everything a rental needed and then some, spices, some condiments, plastic ware, laundry soap, and other items not usually provided. The patio was beautiful to sit on in the mornings and evenings listening to the frogs. Would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely like to come back.

Our stay here was excellent! The house is very nice and very clean. Plenty of room for a large family or smaller groups. It’s right outside of the Sand Hallow State Park so very close to all the outdoor activities you could want. Will absolutely stay here again!

An excellent stop
This home was beautifully furnished, well-stocked, comfortable, and in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet and super roomy. The home is quite large, but feels very homey. We especially appreciated having access to the W/D, because we were on a two-week road trip, and it was nice to be able to wash our clothes. Thank you!

Nice home.
Everything was very nice. The only disappointment was the advertising said 10 minute walk to reservoir, but there is no lawful way to do it that we could find.

The owner was very accommodating and communicated with us before and during, ultra responsive. She was very helpful and kind. It literally felt like a home and not a rental. Would definitely stay again.

This was one of the easiest check in check out processes I've ever had. We have absolutely no issues. The house was very clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked. It is close to Sand Hollow and St. George and the neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is in a great neighborhood. There were 3 couples and each couple had their own bedroom. The home is well stocked with eveything that one woud have in their own home. We loved our stay there!

Amazing Stay
This home is in a great location and very close to Sand Hollow State Park. We were so pleased to check in and have a few basic items in the frig to use, after spending over 14 hours in the Chicago airport and not getting luggage THIS HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL. Rent it you will not be disappointed. If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here.

Excellent Stay
This was our second time staying at this property. We love the home, the backyard, and the neighborhood. We joke as a family that if Synthia ever decides to sell, we want to buy it. The location is perfect for the State Park and going into town. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. The city park is just at the end of the road and it is huge with lots to do. Splash pad, tennis courts, dog run, pavilion, etc. I am sure we will be back again.

Clean home
We travelled to Zion Park and rented this property. Everything regarding property> Neighborhood, cleanliness, appliances etc were good. No bugs. Had an opportunity to meet the host- very nice friendly lady. Definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Zion.

Beautiful home with a great owner
The home was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for a large group. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with cookware, and the area offers a ton of fun activities. The atv the owner rents is a lot of fun and very affordable. I can’t wait to get to come back!

Easy access
Great location, the garage saved us from unloading in high winds and the park was perfect for open space. We were there for a very short time so hard to rate, but communication was easy and very accommodating.

PRIME LOCATION
It was a treat to be able to find this clean and well-appointed home in the perfect location for our needs, as we were visiting Sand Hollow for some riding and adventures.
Situated in the quant little neighborhood of Dixie Springs, this home had everything we needed and beautiful views with great sunsets. There was also a curious roadrunner that paid us a visit each day of our stay. Charming!
As far as communication, Synthia was on it! Courteous, always willing to please and responses within minutes of my questions. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Synthia!

Excellent Rental Property
This was our first visit to the area and we loved it. The home was perfect for our needs. Beautiful neighborhood with a large city park at the end of the road. Sand Hollow State Park is close by. I recommend the cliff jumping rock. We didn’t rent a side by side this visit but will definitely do it next time. A lot of trails all over town and easily accessible from this home. We had everything we needed and will be returning.
