Everything was great. The floors could’ve been cleaner. The only problem we had was the elevator broke down and we had to go up and down five flights of stairs for 2 1/2 days which was difficult for us.

This is a comfortable and clean condo in a great location. The balcony is perfect for coffee, breakfast and sunsets. The nearby grocery store is a plus. We took full advantage of nearby attractions, including a dolphin/sunset cruise, the Dali museum, and chartering a fishing boat and guide. We walked the beach daily. We were very happy with the condo. The property manager was very responsive when we asked for a few extra supplies. Thank you!

The property was as advertised and a very nice place to stay, close to the beach and nice beach trail walkway which we enjoyed. The view from the balcony for the beautiful sunsets was great! The pool was heated and pretty, but I did not use it. I did give the general manager some suggestions for a few things that would help with safety and handicapped people in the showers. The only problem we had which I told the general manager of this property about were several nights of noises above us. That property was managed by someone else. The people finally left. The ceiling above us and walls in the bathroom when there was a toilet running all night above us are thin! Otherwise, everything seemed as promised and contacting the general manager was easy with good response times. Thank you!

The property was very clean and as described in the listing. It is close to the beach, but still quite a walk to the water with small children since the beach in that area is so wide. Would highly recommend having some form of wagon to use (or maybe the property owner investing in one to keep there). The pool was great and definitely warm enough. Loved that there is a washer & dryer to use. The only negatives we had were in terms of safety for littles. There didn’t seem to be any anchoring of large furniture and there wasn’t a functioning lock on the living room balcony door (unless we missed that somehow). The area seems very safe and the beach is extremely clean. Just not a ton of activities to do within walking distance for small children (not anything to do with the property listing, just adding for those researching options).

Beautiful spacious condo. Wow factor every time you walk through the door with infinite blue water right in front of you. Enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner on the balcony. Very comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen. The heated pool and hot tub are excellent in all seasons. It’s a very short, protected walk to the white sand beach, and we were fortunate to see dolphins splashing around with us.

The view was stunning just like they promised. The condo was clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

Crystal Palms 506 was a home away from home. Everything was perfect- just stated. The pool and hot-tub were great! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time and this location was perfect! The views from the balcony and easy walk to the beach made it so memorable.

Second time in #506 at this property. Everything was perfect. Only problem is both times we could not figure out how to turn on the TV in the living room just to watch the news or local weather. One remote was for the DVD. The other remote was supposed to be for the TV but was more designed for streaming to do many different options like cable and several streaming services. The TV remote in master worked fine. A more user friendly simpler remote would make a big difference trying to turn on the news in the morning with my coffee.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The size was great for a family of 5. We felt safe and lots to do in the area. Would recommend!

Good stay. Some minor items like a few bulbs out here and there, but nothing that impacted us in a negative way. I highly recommend!!!

The condo was great as described. All was great except for the filthy floor. (and a layer of dust on baseboards.). Since part of the charge was for cleaning..not happy about that.

The location was key and the cleanliness was greatly appreciated. Not sure how the check-in process would have worked if we had got there after 5pm but went very smooth for us since we did. Loved that we had a parking spot inside.

Hot tub only worked for first few days of our 10 day visit. Notified front desk, but was never resolved during our stay.

The pictures were accurate of the condo, it was nice and clean. Loved sitting on the balcony. Looking at the beach and the pool. Had very minor issues with the plumbing and they were out the same day to correct it. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and perfect for what we needed. You get all the noise from the traffic when on balcony so that was a bummer. You could not hear traffic whole in room.

My mother, sister, and I were looking for a weekend getaway spot for our girls trip, and this was perfect! The condo was just across the street from the beach, which wasn’t packed at all. It has a nice heated pool and hot tub, and fantastic views of the gulf. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. It has everything you need to cook up a meal should you want to, but it’s also just blocks from some fantastic restaurants! There’s also a Publix and a Walgreens nearby too. We’re already planning our vacation for our families here next year!

Great location for a weekend getaway. Was able to walk right across the street to reach the beach. Right on the main strip, restaurants and Publix very close by. We arrived a little late so we did have to go to the other location to pick up the keys, but it was a short trip up the road and literally took two minutes for the whole process.

Crystal Palms was easy to find, easy to drive in and drive out, and easy to navigate getting to the beach. The condo was nice. The views were pleasant and less than 5 minutes to John's Pass and Publix. We arrived after 5pm (4pm checkin) on Sunday and was prompted to go to a different property to check in. It was easy to find using google maps as well. That would be the only issue with the checkin process.

Convenient and accessible. We arrived early and they let us drop off our luggage while we went grocery shopping at that Publix nearby. Communication was great via text and email. Room was relatively clean. Floors a bit grimy with sand, but nothing gross. Unit had washer/dryer, coffee pot, dishwasher, utensils, plates/cups, things to cook with. No extra food amenities or condiments so you’ll need to buy essentials such as coffee, oil, sugar, etc. Balcony was a plus but there is street noise. Roku TV and board games were a nice addition. Community pool was pleasant and clean. We could hear people in unit above us but it wasn’t too disturbing. Beach chairs and pool noodle weren’t in the best condition, but was nice to have access to. Beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but they were doable. Living room was comfortable with four people. The master room fan did malfunction in the middle of the night one night but didn’t bother us again. Balcony door needs adjusting—super hard to open and close. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made it easy to access things nearby.

Kind of a lengthy post but please read to take into consideration before booking here especially if you have kids. As soon as we opened up the door to our room, we got a huge slap in the face from the smell of weed. It was so bad, we had to open up both balcony doors and turn on fans to air it out. It seriously smelled like the last person in there had a big smoke sesh before leaving. The room itself is exactly like the pictures but whoever is being paid to clean it did not do a very good job. There was dust and dirty laundry from previous people underneath the master bed. And it’s a good thing I’m weird about bedsheets and brought my own because there was a good size brown stain on the bedsheets provided. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, there was soap scum in the smaller bathroom around the shower and the place needs a good dusting because there was dust all over the TV stands/tables and I’m positive it was not swept or mopped because we had to keep shoes or socks on the entire time to keep our feet from getting so dirty. On our last day here, the pool was taken over by a group of younger people (probably in their mid 20s) who was playing provocative music and kept twerking on each other and on the pool handles, my mother in law had to bring my 8 year old back up to the room and she said another family left too because it got so bad. Then we also got on the elevator after two young men got off and once again it reeked of weed soooo bad my 3 year old even held her nose the entire time. I would say if you’re wanting to book here without kids, no problem. If you have kids, find a more family oriented nice hotel even if you have to pay the extra price. But the room itself is nice (just needs updating) and the view isn’t bad. But I guess I didn’t take into consideration this place is right beside a very very busy road, so when you’re out on the balcony or by the pool, it’s not relaxing at all. But the overall experience wasn’t grand, especially for the price and for being on vacation. Also want to add the property manager was very quick to text me back with anything I needed but I didn’t complain about the bad cleaning job or the weed smell when we first got there because I am not a confrontational person at all, but looking back I wish I would’ve said something from the very beginning- my fault on that.

Great views. The condo was spacious and very nice. Would highly recommend! The only thing I was not pleased with was the cleanliness of the floors. Other than that, our visit was GREAT!

Loved the property ! Bigger than the pics showed. Gorgeous Beach right across the street . Beach was quiet . Area had plenty to do but not to busy or lots of traffic. We had garage parking that was easy to get in/out of and was free ! Would definitely go back !

We arrived around 9pm only to find there was no one at the desk. We had to drive down the road a short distance to check in and drive back. We unloaded the car only to find the keys did not work. We did finally gain access to the room and found a few issues with cleanliness like sand all over the floors and table on the deck was covered. Otherwise the location was perfect for us and there was plenty of space.
