Un canapé-lit queen-size est situé dans le salon / salon arrière.
Il s'agit d'un accès sécurisé à clé à l'entrée de l'étage dans un bâtiment privé. Très sûr et situé au centre de tout ce que le centre-ville de Nashville a à offrir.
La chambre familiale est confortablement meublée et dispose d'une télévision à écran LED de 70 pouces.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités telles que cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et cafetière Keurig. Évier d'île avec des sièges de bar. The location is everything…. Literally 2 blocks from Broadway. Bill and Michael are very kind and helpful! The only thing I will say negative is this place DOES NOT SLEEP MORE THAN 6! There are only 6 actual beds. The pullout couch is broken and appears that a repair was attempted in the past with wood pieces. Michael did provide us a very nice air mattress when we brought it to his attention that the pullout was broken. When I asked him about the description saying it sleeps up to 12 where the others would sleep he said on air mattresses. Only having ONE SHOWER is a real issue. There were 8 adults on our stay and only 1 shower was problematic. But again…the location is perfect!

This was a great property for a couple of nights in Nashville! You are right there- a couple of blocks from whatever you want to do! Michael was an amazing host- thank you! Played a lot of pool on the pool table! Would recommend!

Property was perfect distance from Broadway and all the bars. We had a great time and really appreciated the hosts hospitality. He helped us out with great recommendations and was easy to get a hold of whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again it was amazing.

This is the best house on the peninsula. We stayed before the new owners bought it and the new owners did a great job on updating the house. It was nice before, but they really added some great touches. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location. Able to walk to everything on broadway. Walked back and forth to get out of the 90 degree heat to relax. Parked in garage attached to rental as suggested by Michael the host. Great communication and he was there when we arrived. First time in Nashville and he suggested areas to see. Property exactly like the photos. Plenty of space and family enjoyed pool table. Would highly suggest this property.

Our family went to celebrate our twins' 21st birthday and the penthouse loft apartment was perfect. We had no issues with check-in or check-out and communication and instructions were good. There was a liquor store on the corner and a convenience store down the street where we got most of our at "home" needs. Five minute walk to Broadway, quick drive to airport. No need for a car here... Thanks so much for sharing your place for our special celebration!

Great find, awesome location & close to Broadway! Checking in w property manager ( Michael ) was seamless, he was very accommodating and responsive in our communications 100%. Our party of ten had plenty of room to move about, play pool and fooz ball quite comfortably and we all rested quite well too. Would most definitely return !!!

This property was perfect for the amount of people we had attending for our first Nashville trip. At first I was worried about sleeping arrangements and only one shower, but we ended up having 0 issues with either! The walk to Broadway is so convenient that we didn't have to spend money on any uber's. The owner was very relaxed and easy to get in touch with/accessible if we needed anything.I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing spot
The loft was awesome! It’s a perfect distance from Broadway so as to avoid noise but still be walk-able. Michael was great and helped us out with all of our questions/needs. We will most definitely be coming back here for another awesome stay. Thanks again!

Great place to stay central to everything.
Had a great experience everything was within walking distance. The landlord was available to answer all questions and solve any problems like in one of the bedrooms the outlets didn’t work and he had them fixed the next day. Really couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect downtown location!
We had a large group of guys split between two neighboring lofts and we couldn't have picked a more perfect location. A stones throw away from restaurants, bars, parking, you name it - but secluded and quiet enough to relax. I'd look to stay here any time I decide to make my way down to nashville. Thanks for the hospitality Bill!

Great time in Nashville!
Had a big group of guys together for a bachelor party/going away party and the lofts were a great place to stay! Bill and his wife are super kind and helpful and I would stay at one of their properties again, without question!

I recommend this place to anyone staying in Nashville. We had a mini bachelorette weekend in Nashville and this place was great. it had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Clean, updated and close to everything so we walked everywhere even in the cold and rain :) The landlord is very friendly and helpful. He made us feel safe and there is more than enough locks to make you feel secure in this building. the beds were soooo comfy!!! It was less expensive than booking 2 hotel rooms and we were all together! Thanks Bill for a great stay!!

Also if your in need of anything make a left out of the front door cross the street and there is a convenient store right there. Landlord is more then happy to help you with anything you need

Awesome location! Perfect for friends getaway
This place was awesome!!! The beds and showers are awesome! Bill was great. Even as we were getting ready to head to the airport he saw us outside and gave us ride. We had a total of 6 people staying there and there was plenty room. The location is about a 5 min walking distance to all the bars on Broadway. So it's great! Highly recommend this place and Bill!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL
If you are looking for a great place to stay while visiting downtown Nashville I don't see how you can do any better than this condo. The owner, Bill is very helpful and makes the entire process seamless. Even giving out great advice about local dining & attractions. You can easily walk to all the hot spots & entertainment venues. We parked our car when we arrived in the parking deck & didn't return until it was time to load up and head home. My family are already planning a return trip and will certainly be staying in one of Bill's condos.

The apartment is brand new and beautiful. Only a few blocks from all the bars. The owners are the nicest people and very helpful to make your stay great!!
