Ce rez-de-chaussée entièrement rénové de trois chambres à coucher est parfait pour la famille avec des enfants - un très grand lit, un grand lit, deux grands. La grande piscine au niveau du duel avec des cascades de faible profondeur qui se jettent dans la piscine profonde encore plus grande, est comme vous l'avez vu dans la publicité de l'coûteux get-a-way dans les îles tropicales.
C'est une véritable unité au rez-de-chaussée. Pas besoin d'utiliser les escaliers ou l'ascenseur, pas besoin de marcher tout autour du bâtiment. Juste marcher à droite sur vos 20 pieds de portes coulissantes en verre et sauter dans la piscine, marcher sur la plage, ou s'allonger dans le soleil chaud de l'Alabama. De plus, vous avez votre propre stockage côté piscine pour la pêche ou la piscine.
Summer House Resort est l'un des endroits les plus populaires sur la plage. La sécurité à temps plein et l'entrée sécurisée vous donneront l'impression d'être chez vous en toute sécurité. Rester à cet endroit est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles vous allez au travail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the ground floor condo. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Beautiful view from the back patio. We loved being able to walk out the back door directly to the pool or beach. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great. Located near plenty of restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again.

So enjoyed the condo. We enjoyed the patio, being on the ground floor and short distance to the beach! The furniture and decorations were very nice. The construction was noisy in the morning and made parking difficult which was not the owners fault. I would love to return!

We absolutely loved this little getaway spot! Our condo was perfectly located on the first floor for easy access to the pool & beach. Also includes great view of the ocean (sunrise & sunset)! Also within beach walking distance of Coastal & other establishments.
Condo included all the things we needed for our stay. Beach loungers we available to rent on the beach for a fee, but well worth it. The only thing missing (very minor) is boogie board rental option. They were doing some noisy construction on the building next door the whole time we were there, but that’s unavoidable and at no fault of the owner.
I will highly recommend Summer House 105A!

Ground floor getaway - the best! Walk right out to the pool and beach! No scuffling for the elevators, and there were always carts for grocery carts when you needed them. We will definitely go back again!

This was our first time staying on a ground level unit we loved it with not having to wait for elevators easy access to the pool/ocean. Orange beach still isn't too commercially yet so it wasn't anywhere near as busy as Destin which was great. Our room was really nice and we were within a couple of minutes to a local grocery store or Walmart. I would highly recommend the summer house if you're considering orange beach.

From arrival to departure our stay was pleasant. This property was well appointed, included all necessary items. spacious and accommodating for all ages (20 months to 74 years).. We will certainly consider this property in the future.

Looking for a place not commercialized this is your place. Beach is very clean. Unfortunately we were in a period of Sea Grass. Condo was nice and owner very responsive. All in all great week.

We had a wonderful stay the property was very convenient to everything very clean and well maintained. The weather was not so great with double red flags but that is nothing that could be helped. The only thing I would suggest is to have the condo baby proofed with locks on cabinets etc to account for small children other then that we had a wonderful stay I loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and take it all in. We had a wonderful stay the property was very convenient to everything very clean and well maintained. The weather was not so great with double red flags but that is nothing that could be helped. The only thing I would suggest is to have the condo baby proofed with locks on cabinets etc to account for small children other then that we had a wonderful stay I loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and take it all in. Thank you for the great stay

Short fall get away
We loved our stay! Everything was as pictured and described. We had so much room and the first floor right at the pool was wonderful with a 3mo old! The owner was very easy to communicate and work with. He was very patient with my many emails and questions 😊We would love to return for a longer stay!

Owner texted us about waterline problem and that someone would be in our unit he came looked at it and never fixed it or came back made ice all week long.
We also had knats in our unit we thought maybe because we were on first floor unit. Overall very happy about communication , but disappointed in follow this and knats. We Love to talk with manager or owner.

We were looking for a condo on the beach that would accommodate both our elderly parents and our young grandchildren. This one was a perfect fit. The first floor was perfect for our 86 and 87 year old parents. Our dad has early dementia and he loved sitting on the patio greeting everyone that walked past. He also met some former marines that he loved sharing his own marine stories with. We were afraid that he might wander off and get lost , but the location of the condo was such that he did not go far. As for our grandchildren , they LOVED the pool and it's location. We just walked out our slider and there it was. Our granddaughter actually learned to swim in the pool there. She is 4 years old and we were all so proud of her. Our grandson is 9 years old and also loved the pool. He made a lot of friends . Our overall experience was very good. We would consider staying at this condo again. Thank you to the owners for the use of their "Summer House".

Nice little getaway.
Very nice little condo that looks and feels exactly like the pictures. Being on the ground floor right in front of the pool was SO convenient with kids. You do get quite a bit of noise from other guests in the evenings as they are walking through but that’s about our worst complaint. The location away from Gulf Shores was nice too, about a 10 minute drive. All-in-all a great stay.

Weekend getaway
The condo was excellent! Would love to stay there again when construction is finished! Perfect for families with children! Ground level location was great. Unable to use pool due to construction which we knew ahead of time but the beach was great!!
