This 3 bed/3 bath house is in a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted. Super clean, nice new deck overlooking green belt. Beds were comfy and had nice linens. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Owner was communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is always clean and welcoming on arrival. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We golfed every day of our stay and the area courses are in great shape and reasonably priced. We love it here and hope to return.

We decided to stay in Lexington due to things we planned to do before going to the Oaks and Derby. The house is very clean and just like the pictures. It’s close to stores and restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Also appreciated the use of the garage. Would recommend staying here.

We attended an event at Kentucky Horse Park and stayed at this great VRBO. Very clean, well equipped and amazing communication from the host. House and beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend for your stays in Lexington

Almost everything was as expected except for shower heads and tubs a little too slippery

The house was just right for us and proximity to Keeneland Race Track close enough. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Safe neighborhood.

We had rented this property for a visit with family. That the property is close to our family was a bonus. The property was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped and the neighborhood was quiet.

Easy, clean and fun

The house had everything we wanted, with just a couple of problems. We were there in cold weather, and the larger bedroom on the ground floor was quite chilly when the rest of the house was warm. Also, the stove's electric burners were a little wonky; the large front burner was tilted and didn't heat all around.

This house was super clean and perfectly appointed for our stay. Jim was a great host and very responsive with any question we had. The house is located in a cute neighborhood near every restaurant and shop you could need. It’s also close to downtown and has easy access to other areas of the city. We will definitely stay here again.

We live in Lexington and we are having renovations done on our home. We had to move out for 4 days and 3 nights. We have two teens and this house was a perfect location! This house is spacious and gave each of us our own rooms. The property is very clean, the beds are comfy and there is a small fenced yard that was perfect for letting our small dog out. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises and certainly refer to friends and family out of town. Jim was very kind and worked with us on a flexible check in and check out time given our needs! Definitely a wonderful home and I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our trip to Lexington and our stay at this property. The photos were accurate. If anything, they did the property a disservice, as all the room felt much bigger than the pictures would suggest. There were three of us and it was nice that we all had a bedroom and bathroom of our own when we needed privacy. All the appliances we used worked just fine. We did a little cooking and had all the pans and utensils that we needed. Nice cookware, plenty of cups and such. There was a toaster, a hand mixer, a regular coffee pot AND a Keurig. I think I saw two crock pots, which I did not use. The location of the property was great. It was very quiet. I felt very safe. I had no problems with traffic and easy access to main roads. I think every time we entered in a location we wanted to go to, the GPS said 15-20 minutes away. The owner was very easy to work with. I had a couple questions and he was always quick to respond. He was very clear on the instructions to get into the home and very clear on the few things we wanted us to do before leaving. I very much appreciated his allowing us to use the garage. The weather was cold and wet during our trip and having access to the garage was so nice - I have rented some places where the garage was not available and it makes a difference. I would definitely recommend this place and if I am ever in Lexington again, I would definitely check to see if it were available.

The property was well maintained, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our visit. The only problem we had was the high rise table in the dining area as we were all over the age of 70 and limited with knee, back and hip issues. The beds were extremely comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Property is as advertised. Clean unit, well appointed kitchen, each bedroom with its own en-suite bath. Location is perfect for Keeneland, UK campus and downtown. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

My mother-in-law lives nearby and this was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting her. The home is tidy and as represented in the photos and description. The owner/manager was communicative. My adult son arrived first and checked in easily.

Perfect location! Property was convenient to restaurants and amenities and the wedding we attended. Central to many attractions like UK, Keeneland, and distilleries. Quiet neighborhood was very safe; the garage made coming and going early and late convenient for loading and unloading the car without disturbing neighbors or going out in the rain/cold. Kitchen well-equipped. We had a great stay - would stay in this property again.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Lexington! Myself, my husband, my parents, my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law stayed at this home so that we could visit distilleries on the bourbon trail, attend the Bardstown Bourbon Festival and visit The Ark Encounter! The location was perfect for all of these activities! The home is also located near numerous restaurants, stores and shopping centers. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Jim was an extremely helpful host and provided great suggestions! We fell in love with Kentucky and plan to come back! We will definitely be booking this home again! We all highly recommend this home!!! Don't delay and book it now!

My husband and I came to Lexington for our daughter’s wedding. We got in on Tues., 9/19/23, the wedding was Sat., 9/23. This lovely home appealed to me because it has 3 bedrooms and each had their own bathroom. We had one of our daughters and a couple friends come and stay with us before and during the wedding. On Sunday the girls left and two sister-in-laws and their husbands moved in. This place is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to make our 10 night stay comfortable. The location of this house was perfect for us as our daughter (the bride) lives in the Hamburg area so it was a 5 minute drive to her home. Jim was wonderful to communicate with and was so quick to respond when I had questions. I will seek out this residence or one of the others Jim manages the next time we come Lexington. Thank you for providing the perfect home away from home for us Jim.

We were completely satisfied with the house & the property manager. The drive to Keeneland Race track was an easy 20 minute drive. But I digress, back to the house, the beds were sooo comfortable, the kitchen nicely equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.
