There are so many pluses to this property, it is hard to list them all. The property host is very thoughtful, kind, accessible, and helpful. She helped with specific date requests and needs for an infant and 4 year old. She is very responsive to any questions before and during the rental period. The beach is a short and beautiful walk away. The community playground is private and well done. The driveway accommodates many cars in a very usable configuration. The number of en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus for our family group (2 private en-suite bathrooms plus one bathroom that is shared by two bedrooms with separate bathroom doors/entrances attached to each of the bedrooms. Kitchen is awesome with dual dishwashers and ovens, along with a roomy refrigerator, tons of cabinet space, and a wine refrigerator. The laundry room is also very well equipped. Shoes are not permitted upstairs, but this is very understandable as there is nice white carpeting everywhere upstairs. There is a small gas fire pit for enjoying s’mores on the back deck. The neighborhood is private and gated with security 24/7. The often cooler temperatures near the coast were very refreshing. Thank you for this rental, and our family will be back.

The house is beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views of the ocean and the Half Moon Bay Ocean Golf Course. The owner provided a bounty of snacks and drinks to make the stay more enjoyable. There were four couples and a single person who stayed to enjoy a couple of days of golfing. The weather was sunny and perfect for golfing. The house is within walking distance to the Ritz Carlton. The garage had bikes and scooters to use too. There are wonderful restaurants near by. We would definitely rent this house again.

We stayed at this magnificent property for my son's wedding. This spacious home with ocean and golf course views was the perfect backdrop for making great memories during a weekend of festivities. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a crowd. Well stocked and every cooking utensil you could need. With four bathrooms, it was great for each couple to get ready without delays. The host was especially responsive and made sure our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the scenery and location around the house. Due to a power outage during the 3 days.
We had to endure the inconvenience of darkness and cold. Even if the power outage is due to the power company's circumstances, the super host will have some warm words for the people staying there. The order was to recommend an additional heating system or to ask if there was a shortage of lanterns. However, Without saying anything like that, When I heard that it was due to a problem with the power company, I thought it was not the attitude of the host who runs such a nice house, so I would like to suggest this once again. I think we need to have a more customer-friendly attitude.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was super clean and spacious and the location is perfect! Our host was actually the best host I have ever had at any property I have ever stayed. Very attentive and made my family and I feel special. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at this Half Moon Bay home. The home is beautiful inside and out and in a great location. We loved that we could walk to the oceanside paths and also just sit in the backyard and enjoy the view. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing visit.

The house was perfect. We love homes versus hotels and this one was probably the best yet. We never had to wash towels or dishes. There were more than needed. Our host was very accommodating to our special requests. We would not hesitate to come back.

We extended our stay in California after our daughters wedding. The house comfortably held 10 including 2 small kids. We played golf and the trails were amazing. The house was clean and communication with host was exceptional.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable attention to detail. Sonia (our host) had clearly gone to great lengths to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay.
The house itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay for an extended family of 10. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. The location of the property was A+ with a 270 degree view of the pacific ocean, right next to Ritz Carlton and HMB Ocean golf course. Needless to say, the sunsets were a priceless treat everyday.
However, what really stood out to me was the incredible hospitality of the host. They were friendly, welcoming and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Their personal touch really made our stay that much more special.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in this city. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!"

This stay could not have been better! Despite the rainy weather, we were thrilled with this beautiful, well-maintained home in Half Moon Bay. Gorgeous view of the Ritz Carlton from the backyard; a huge, well-stocked kitchen; gracious hosts (we did not meet in person but were so responsive and accommodating)! It is exactly as presented on VRBO website. Everything you could want or need was at the house. We are so grateful for this fabulous experience.

Such an amazing stay in HMB. The property was gorgeous and has the most amazing view. The house was clean, large and perfect for our family with children. So many amenities for the kids, plenty of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. The homeowners were very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. My only complaint is the beds were very u comfortable. But we will definitely be back- hopefully an annual basis! We had the best time

Property is as pictured. Nice location, good view, spacious and comfortable home, and great kitchen for people that like to cook (two dishwashers!). Hosts are easy to communicate with and very responsive. While I don't know if I will have occasion for this large of a house again, I would definitely recommend it.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in HMB and it was wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we needed (and more!) and the views of the ocean were unparalleled. It was the perfect place to relax, watch incredible sunsets, and listen to the waves, together.

Expansive setting in a upscale neighborhood walking distance to the Ritz. We chose this home since it was large and could accommodate our family. Lots of room with plenty of bathrooms! Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Property manager and owner were very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcome! I highly recommend this home!

This property is amazing. The ocean views from the master’s, the kids’ bedroom and practically a panoramic view of the ocean from the living room(s) (yes, 2 living rooms) and the patio were breathtaking and relaxing. The gourmet kitchen had most of the things we need and had top of the line appliances. There were 2 washer/dryer) one upstairs, other downstairs), 2 dishwashers (which helped ensure we always had clean dishes and an available dishwasher to load dirty dishes in), and 2 full-size ovens. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean.
Walking to the Ritz Carlton was very nice, and the beach — which was a 5-minute walk from the house — had easy steps to go down the beach and was manageable for my 78-yr old MIL. and my 3-year old. We didn’t even bother to look at the other beaches because the one closeby was already perfect.
To top it all, Lisa, the property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. (Had the place been available for more days we’d probably extend longer.)
After being couped up at home during the pandemic, it was refreshing and rejuvenating to stay at this house in HMB. We enjoyed everything about it and will definitely be back!
Looking forward to returning, and having more staycations at this house (as we live only an hour away from HMB).
