Gorgeous Top-Floor Condo w/Private Balcony!
Port de Luxe est le condo de vacances Orlando vous attendiez à trouver. Cette location des biens de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains est élégamment meublé avec un mobilier contemporain et dispose d'un balcon de débrayage magnifique hors de la salle à manger. Le salon spacieux offre amplement d'espace pour se détendre, et héberge un téléviseur LCD de 42 pouces avec lecteur DVD pour votre confort. La suite principale comprend un coffre-fort numérique, lit king et TV de 32 pouces, et la deuxième chambre a la fois un lit queen et un lit double avec une télévision de 26 pouces. Le salon dispose également d'un lit queen dans le canapé-lit, permettant jusqu'à sept personnes à rester dans le condo.

We loved the condo, the amenities in the complex as well as the location which was close to Restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location for our Volleyball Nationals. We were able to stay with our whole team and coaches at the same location. The ease of getting back and forth to the OCCC was great.

We stayed here because it was close to the convention center where our son was playing volleyball. The location was great, also very close to the vista cay pool, and the rooms were nice.

As marketed. The management company stocks the kitchen supplies well and in good condition. Management company very hard to reach - someone actually used a code and came into our unit without permission or cause - couldn’t reach anyone to assist on this or another minor issue. Unit was dated and in need of a good cleaning. It served its purpose but not great in terms of cleanliness.

Nice condo, poor management service
This was a nice condo, great location. Next the pool and walking distance to the convention center. Our issue was with the property management company, Casiola. Our keypad door lock broke after a couple days and it took them over three hours to respond to our pleas. In the meantime we were locked out with the temp 100 degrees in the shade followed by a torrential downpour. We couldn’t leave to get cool because they couldn’t tell us when someone would be there to fix it. Very nice condo, poor management company.

Very nice condo! It had everything we need, was easy to get into the parking lot and unit, quiet, great walking path and pool. The only downfall was all the tv remotes! If I was by myself (without my IT husband) there is no way I could have figured it out!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Vista Cay! We have stayed here for several years. The grounds are beautiful and the staff kind and courteous. This stay was not the same. This was our first experience with Casiola rentals instead of Millenium. The help center was never open. You had to email and wait for replies. They did not repair broken furniture or take care of ants and food crumbs left in the unit prior to our arrival. Disappointed in management. The unit was nice. Linens are provided. There are no bath mats for either bathroom. Furniture was nice and comfortable. I think the lack of employees due to COVID may have been part of the issue, but I expected more from a management company.

I gave them the name of the person and then they back pedaled. At this point we sat outside for over 30 minutes in the 95 degree heat so it ruined having a late check out so we left. They did not try to apologize or anything. The only thing they wanted was the extra $50 for a late check out. Terrible customer service! I loved the property but would never book through Casiolo again! Poor management and not available if you need something!

Upon arrival the staff was still cleaning. There was laundry on the floor and in the washer and dryer. The beds weren't made. No pillows on the sofas. Sofas were dirty with some stains. Internet didn't work. They provided the wifi from the condo below. Microwave didn't work. They brought in a small countertop micro the next day. Dishwasher didn't work. Stove heats unevenly. Lights burnt out in second bedroom. Whole apartment needs to be renovated and updated. Bathroom cabinets are extremely low to the ground. Some nails in the walls where things use to hang. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Sheets were not soft. Casiola staff answered a few of my emails the first and second day...after that they stopped answering me. I stayed for 8 nights. After the 3rd night, I asked if there was another condo we could move to. I never received a response. I could never get anyone to answer the phone either. I have stayed at Vista Cay before and I do like the property and the location for my family. I booked with Casiola this time because they allowed me to bring my cat. However, I was overall very disappointed with the condo and the service. I would not recommend to anyone.

Located inside of the Vista Cay complex. This is a great way to vacation. All the amenities of a resort- pool-bar- gym, walking path. Without the added expense. The unit was very clean and updated. Great for a Lang stay with extended family or friends. Easy in and out in a gated community. A short ride from anywhere you want to be.

Em resumo, gostamos muito de tudo, o apartamento estava muito limpo e era bem localizado. Super recomendo! 2 únicas observações: 1. O colchão da cama do casal estava um pouco afundado do lado esquerdo, junto à janela. 2. As senhas para acesso ao apartamento e ao condomínio poderiam ser fornecidas com uma antecedência maior à chegada, sem burocracia. Eu não tinha sinal de internet (chegando de outro país) e tivemos que conseguir sinal de internet, para enviar uma cópia do cartão de crédito comprovando que éramos nós que havíamos feito a reserva.

Just a few suggestions: towel hooks for both bathrooms as there is nowhere to hang used towels or hand towels, suitcase rack in the closet would be nice. Living room couch’s could be replaced, worn and not very comfortable.

Few issues that I can repeort the water pressure was in the master shower was very low, and the water heater capacity was small and couldn’t keep up the hot water going if two person very taking showers back to back or at the same time.
