Continuellement mis à jour et soigné, ce condo en bord de mer est carrelé et a ce confortable sentiment de la Floride.
Cette unité est située directement sur la plage. Le 6ème étage est idéal pour profiter de la brise de l'océan. Vous pouvez dîner, prendre un bain de soleil ou simplement vous détendre sur le grand balcon tout en profitant d'une vue complètement dégagée sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil de Marco Island! Vous verrez même parfois des dauphins faire surface!
Cuisine entièrement mise à jour, nouveaux appareils et dosseret en verre avec éclairage sous le placard.
Un tout nouveau lave-linge et sèche-linge vient d'être installé. Bien que le lavage, je suis sûr, ne soit pas votre priorité pour Marco, ces machines à grande capacité vous permettront de revenir rapidement à la détente.
La chambre principale comprend un lit king size confortable, un dressing et une télévision à écran plat 32 ". La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche à l'italienne fantastique avec une excellente pression d'eau.

Located on the south end of Marco, close enough to everything you need but far enough to not feel crowded. The condo is lovely, contains everything you need for a perfect stay including gorgeous sunsets.

We have stayed in many condos on South Marco and loved this unit. It is on the end so you have unobstructed views of the beach. The balconies are all flush so you do have privacy from your neighbors’ balconies. It provided a more isolated and relaxing experience for us. Our primary intent is to enjoy the beach and so we eat in every evening and the condo was well equipped for that. We had everything we needed! It was well furnished and very comfortable. Beach chairs, towels, etc were provided. The owner was helpful, responsive and clearly wanted his guests to have a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Marco Island Beach is beautiful and the condo had all the creature comforts we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable.
Jim was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised and nice to be on the corner of the building to see the extended beach from inside. The rooms had ample space to stretch out. The weather did not cooperate so we could not do as much outside as we would have liked. Location is excellent and parking / entrance easy to navigate. Building is a bit dated but one of the first condos on the island so there is history there that can’t be beat. Merry Christmas to all!

We were so pleased with our stay at Sea Winds on Marco Island, Florida. The condo was loaded with every day things that you would need, from a fully equipped kitchen, to a full sized washer and dryer, and everything for the beach including towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler. We had a corner unit which provided us with spectacular views from morning to sunset. And a big thanks to our host, Jim, who walked us through every aspect of our stay, which was so helpful. If we needed anything he was just a text or phone call away. We would definitely stay here again!

The view from the condo was just wonderful. Sunsets are beautiful right from the balcony. The whole condo was outfitted with everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, etc. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, great beach towels, even a wagon to pull it all to the beach. The king bed in the master was so comfortable. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't provided the entire week. We loved our stay and hope to stay next year.

Great place to stay. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, beach towels and plenty of beach toys and accessories. The owner’s communication was prompt and had lots of useful ideas. When we asked about the pickle ball courts, we were told there were no paddles to rent, but he purchased some for the unit for us to use upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice spacious corner unit. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you would want or need on the beach is there for you. Very well stocked with linens, beach towels, kitchen items, etc. we had a wonderful vacation and the communication with Jim was great! I would highly recommend this beautiful Marco Island condo!

Fabulous spacious condo, with lots of room and amenities to enjoy. The view from the patio was just gorgeous, the seating accommodating to enjoy this view. The host spectacular with checking in with us prior to, and during our stay. Unbelievable experience, we are already wanting to come back!

Gorgeous 2brm condo, totally updated. Loved that it was a corner unit so we had a great view of the beach plus to the north. Sunsets occurred right in front of us. Nice amenities. Really loved it.

Condo was very clean and supplied with everything you need. The corner view was amazing and the floor level was great for us. The balcony having that corner view was perfect for having coffee and watching the dolphins swim by every morning, such an amazing way to start your day!! Not only was the condo a great place to stay but the Owner was definitely the most helpful, kind and thoughtful person. My sister also rented a place on the opposite end of Marco Island that did not go so well for her. Jim our condo owner went above and beyond trying to help my sister and her family with her situation and even said it was more than ok with him that she stay with us if she couldn’t work something out with her rental. He absolutely did not have to go out of his way to try and help when it did not benefit him at all. I will say that you just do not find generous people like this very often and his efforts were more appreciated than he realized. We will 100% be back to gorgeous Marco Island AND be renting from this owner again.

Beautiful view, everything you need for the beach.
We enjoyed a great week of family with my adult kids. Close to food. Found some really great cafes and bakery’s and of course Ice cream.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at. The moment I booked the property in January the owner called me to thank me for booking our stay.
Everything was terrific – the location of the property was ideal and close to everything. The view from the balcony was perfect, including the corner view that gave us a perfect view of the entire island. The sunsets were spectacular.
The condo was outfitted with plenty of beach equipment, and a brand new wagon to take down as much stuff as needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room was nice to relax in. The balcony was outfitted with plenty of chairs to relax in and enjoy the views.
The beach was fantastic and never too crowded with plenty of space to set up and enjoy the day. The water was warm, and the shelling was amazing – surprisingly much, much better than Sanibel was last year. The one minor thing I would have liked to see slightly better was the pool being a bit larger. It did get quite crowded most of the time so we did not spend much time there at all – my daughter likes to get in the pool sometimes.
It was easy to get to the beach – a very simple few minute walk, which was nice. Everything in the condo was in very good condition and we had everything you needed to enjoy a great week together for our first of many trips to Marco Island. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the owner of the condo kept in constant communication with us over the months leading up to our trip, A+ 5 stars!

The property was beautiful!!!! Everyone we encountered was very nice and welcoming. Our condo was great and just what we needed for the 6 of us. Jim the owner was beyond nice and answered all of our questions and concerns that we had asked of him. Condo has everything that you could possibly need for the beach.Tons of towels, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards even has another closet for more beach stuff fun. The beds were very comfortable and the showers/bathrooms were awesome, great water pressure. The views are the best on the beach the balcony had plenty of room for all six of us to watch sunsets every night ❤️ Didn’t want to leave 😢Now it’s just a memory we will cherish always. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your wonderful unit.
My only suggestion is to switch to keyless entry having just 2 keys was a bit of a problem with 6 people doing different things. On the other hand we do appreciate the security around the property. We will return soon ❤️

Overall the property was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Views of sunset amazing. End unit, so more windows and larger condo than the inside units. We are a family of 4 and it was a little hard to only have two keys to get into the building, on and off the beach, etc., but we were able to work that out easily. Pool a bit crowded, but that is to be expected anywhere during spring break. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful view, everything needed to have a great time with also cooking meals.
The facility is very nice and we had a wonderful time on the beach we could go next door to the sunset grill for food or drinks but we also had a fully stocked beautiful kitchen and dining room to eat at.
I would recommend this condo for anyone and if you have problems which we did not I am sure that they would help you with anything cause they have always reached out to let us know that we could just contact them if we needed.

Overall the property is well-maintained. Our Family of 5 (kids-14,12,9) really liked the accessibility of the location. We easily moved back and forth from the beach, pool, and condo throughout the day. We felt very comfortable leaving our gear at the beach when we went up for breaks, to return later. This specific unit had a nice selection of beach gear for our use.,,i.e. chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, toys, and boogie boards. Thank you Jim for your great communication and your prompt responses to our questions.

Condo as advertised; clean, location is great, views are spectacular. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Jim was very responsive to all inquiries and keeping us up to date on some ongoing maintenance work at the property which was not an inconvenience at all. Plenty of towels, beach gear and easy access to the beach. Best part is the balcony views to lounge, drink a cocktail, and watch the dolphins. Next time to Marco Island I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation!
This condo was absolutely perfect! Our family had an amazing time in Marco Island and this is the best location. The access to the beach and pool was so convenient. We had children ages 16-1 in our group (my sisters and family also rented units in this building) and everyone loved it!
Everything we could possibly need was provided- even a high chair which is a must for our little guy.
Mr. Eggert was by far an amazing host and we will definitely be back. Thank you for our perfect family trip!

Fantastic trip!
We enjoyed our vacation in Marco Island--it was a much-needed rest. The location of this condo is just steps from the beach. It was furnished with umbrellas, a cooler, several beach chairs, ice packs and beach towels, so we didn't have to bring any of that with us. The owner, Jim, was great. After I booked the place, he called to introduce himself and tell me about the condo. The day before we were to arrive, he notified me of a tropical storm that could be problematic for us. I was completely unaware of this storm, and we were able to make appropriate plans with Jim's updates; fortunately, it all worked out. One umbrella was broken, and he reimbursed me for one I bought and left there. He also purchased additional items for the unit, after I made some suggestions. This was a great VRBO experience--thanks Jim!

Beautiful beachfront condo located on the southern end of Marco Island. Magnificent views and sunsets from the 6th floor corner balcony. Clean, spacious condo with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Full size washer and dryer and added plus. Jim was great to deal with and the renting process was made simple and seamless. We hope to stay here again soon!
