We had a wonderful time in Cabo. The condo was perfect and listening to the waves all night long was so relaxing. Food delivery from Prickly pear was easy. Thanks for a beautiful stay.

Property was clean and well stocked. Literally right on the beach. It’s a bit of a walk from the lobby/ parking area and I had to ping the property manager to get check in info (usually these services are super pro active). Once we were there, the staff was very nice and we felt very secure. Both pools were clean and warm. However, the unit is older and things like physical keys (which we kept losing) and the furniture/decor make it so that it’s just not a place we would look to stay at again

This was our first time staying outside of the Marina area and we loved it. The sound of the ocean was magical and everything we love about Cabo was easy to get to via walking or a short Uber. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in this unit once before. This time I was lucky enough not to have to work, but does provide solid wifi speeds for streaming and virtual meetings. We absolutely love the view and the waves crashing. The unit is furnished well with a comfortable bed, and all the cooking utensils you could need. We'll be back again!

It is low key a hidden gem, everything was perfect with our stay, made us feel like home

Amazing property and location. Easy walk to everything you need. The condos views are amazing. Wish you could swim at the beach but it’s a quick $3-5 Uber ride Medano Beach or Playa Coral which is a local beach just down the road. Being so close to the marina you can also take a water taxi to any of those places. Food and drinks at the resort are fairly cheap and they are good. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because the bed has seen its days. We plan to come back and give it 5 stars.

We could not have been happier with our 7 day stay here. Very quiet and peaceful. The unit is more than well stocked with everything needed. Previous guests left behind unused items and we did too for future guests. We are in our 70s and felt no need to go out to areas like the marina for food,shopping etc. Just relax. Good breakfast and lunch selection in the restaurant and did go next door to El Tejeban for dinner one night which was excellent. We did cook meals with food ordered online and delivered by Prickly Pear Groceries. Easy process. The staff were great- Dora and Roger in the restaurant and Carlos at the front desk always accessible with answers and suggestions. Have a feeling that we will be back someday!!

This was our second stay in this unit. New furniture and improvements since our last stay. Our college age daughter crashed our trip and the air mattress was much appreciated!! Sitting on the balcony watching whales was AMAZING!!! Comfortable unit, well stocked. Great communication. The slider in the bedroom got stuck the first night but the front desk was able to send someone to take care of it quickly.

Terra Sol Resort is a great eased up Resort. Our condo on the beach was set up wonderfully. Pool and food close by. People at resort very good.

As always, this is one of the best condos a person could stay at. Sunrise off the foot of your bed with no obstructions. Sunset off the balcony which sits right above the beach. Never disappoints.

This condo does not disappoint. The location can’t be beat. The view!! The privacy is perfect. It’s steps from the palapa and pool. You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen - just add your own food. It’s next door to Playa Grande, a fabulous resort with several pools to choose from. For those times you need a/c, it has that too. We slept like babies and had a wonderful, very memorable time. The property owner, Jeannie, is communicative and kind. We had experiences ranging from local tacos (La Paisa) to five star chef’s menu (Sunset Monalisa), from a glass-bottom boat to a dinner cruise, and from our favorite NYE party to chilling in the sun. We’ll be back!

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. Beautiful views of the ocean! We enjoyed that every night, while sitting on the balcony or laying in bed. I recommend getting groceries delivered, if you plan on using the kitchen. We used Cabo Grocery Girls. This made it a lot easier. However the breakfast at Terrasol was great!

There is only sand between your deck and the ocean. The pictures are accurate and the view will exceed your expectations. We’re coming back.

The location is excellent! The accommodations are good with most everything you might need, and a request will give you access to beach toys. Negatives: This condo can use some updating. The outdoor grill is tiny. The unit wasn't truly ready for guests. On entry I realized the refrigerator was not working so I corrected the problem via breaker switch. The unit's hot water went cold during our stay so a call to the office had Romero quickly replacing the element. The TV also required an office call and Siggy replaced a faulty cable. The shower is wonderful but the tub-stop does not work. I'm sure the next guests following us will appreciate what we did, but it unnecessarily negated our own vacation time. I would recommend this unit, especially on its location. Also, after my own suggestions, I have faith that the unit will be better prepared for future guests. -Bob

This condo is wonderful, my husband and I stayed 4 days, we are 58 being on the second floor was no big deal the stairs were very easy to go up, the view WOW the view is awesome we were fortunate enough to see a few whales crossing it was the very end of the season, we left the doors open at night to listen to the waves, the condo is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean, great assortment of spices and coffee, Terra Sol is a wonderful community we have stayed at this location well over 20 times, we do not see staying anywhere else ever, the location to the marina is walking distance, we only took a cab once to go eat at Sunset De Mona Lisa, I do not want to say anything negative but! the restaurant staff is fairly new and are very, very rude and slow, I spoke with a few of the owners about the situation they are aware and working on new staff, off with a positive note, great 4 days great location, enjoy your time in paradise.

Very quiet and relaxing! The well equipped unit is right on the beach , balcony is perfect for morning coffee and whale watching. Resort is family oriented and peaceful. The perfect place to recharge your batteries!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit and it is always perfect. The view to the ocean is spectacular, watched whales and stingrays all week. Leave the doors open at night to hear the waves crash against the beach. The unit is well stocked and clean. We will be back again.

This unit was exactly as described. Had a wonderful week in Cabo. The location is so close to the Marina for dinner and morning walks.

This was our second time in this property. It comes exactly as advertised directly on the Pacific Ocean! Was wonderful to sleep with the waves crashing against the beach each night. The restaurant bar is just steps away and all the restaurants and craziness of the Cabo marina is a five minute walk.We will definitely stay in this property again.

The property is in a perfect location right on the beach. We watched whales and dolphins from our balcony. It’s also just steps away from the pool and cantina where the food and drinks were wonderful. We loved every minute and can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding view and amazing ocean sounds. Saw lots of jumping stingrays. Great location for just knocking around the beach and as our home base for many excursions. Palapa bar and pools are great. Property well maintained, clean and comfortable. Well stocked with useful items. Perfect for our needs. Friendly owners. Look forward to staying here again.

Terrasol is in a great location, right on the beach, walking distance to town, and very quiet….except from May to October when the owners renovate their units. Our unit was one right on the beach but unfortunately they were renovating right next door. Jack hammers on the shared wall from 8-6 Monday thru Friday. It wasn’t conducive to the afternoon siestas I had planned during the heat of the day, nor was it a relaxing experience. All the owners and property managers said everyone knew about this construction , and that it had been going on for a year or two, yet we were not warned about it and the property manager claimed not to have know about it. They reimbursed us some of our fees, but that still didn’t make it bearable to be in the room during the day. The weekend was perfect - nice and quiet - but we were there for 10 days, and finally said enough. Thanks to some other managers, we were able to get into a gorgeous unit away from the construction at a discounted rate. This unit would have been perfect, and we would probably go back during a quieter time, but beware of neighboring remodels! (Oh and they had to fix the sliding doors that wouldn’t open, and the dishwasher leaked every time we used it. No one came to fix it while we were there.) The unit could also use some updating, but it was perfect for me and my husband.
