Great spot for our group of friends to finally get together with our kids after everyone got vaccinated! Plenty of space and things to do at the house!! Would definitely go back! If you do take a large group would recommend bringing some extra toilet paper as only a few rolls provided per bathroom which does go quick with more people. Thanks for a really great stay!

We have now stayed here twice and absolutely loved it. The home is huge with lots of room for our extended family reunion and great amenities to entertain kids and adults. Jacqui is wonderful and makes things very easy. This is the only place we want to stay for our annual visits from now on!

This house and location was perfectly suited for a Notre Dame event. We hosted a small dinner for my Daughter and her roommates and the kitchen was well stocked with adequate cooking supplies, spices and equipment. We would definitely consider renting again.

Beautiful Home!

The house was great for corporate entertaining during the Senior Open. The layout of the home allowed guests to sit inside and outside along with adequate parking for everyone. It was a quick walk to the Warren Course too! Our caterers loved this house because the kitchen was up to date and they could cook everything onsite to be fresh!

We rented this home for our family while we were in South Bend for my nephew’s wedding in July. It was perfect for our extended family of 12. This is a beautiful new home that is furnished very nicely and stocked with everything we needed! It is a large home with plenty of bedrooms and loads of room both inside and outside to spread out. We all loved the movie room - perfect spot for the family to relax between events. The location is very central and made it easy to get to all of our events. One of the best aspects of renting this home was working with the owner. Everything was easy and professional! We very highly recommend renting this home for your South Bend stays!

We rented this home as a gathering place for family and friends who were attending our son's wedding at the Basilica. This house is new and you can tell there was much thought put into the construction and detail of the home as well as the furnishings. It can accommodate large groups. It is located very close to the campus and it is an easy walk. The owners are delightful and actively involved in the oversight of the property, which makes the rental experience that much better. Based on my experience of renting properties in South Bend in the past, I honestly feel that this is the best rental property available in South Bend. We rented this beautiful home for my mother's 90th birthday party. This is the best home we have ever rented. It was well stocked in the kitchen with any kind of serving pieces needed. The outdoor deck was just beautiful with a covered area that all could gather. Gas grill was perfect for grilling brats and burgers. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Jacqui, thank you for sharing your beautiful home for this special occasion. We had a fantastic time.

This property met and exceeded all of our expectations; it was a beautiful spacious home with rooms for all of our guests. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and their house was well-stocked with linens and towels for our stay. The main space of the home was a wonderful spot to gather with extended family and friends with room for people to visit without feeling crowded. The property was located across the street from campus, allowing for easy access to the University on graduation weekend when the roads to campus were backed up with other visitors. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this home and would recommend to anyone inquiring about rental properties near campus.

Came up for the UGA/Notre Dame game and could not have had a better stay. The campus was wonderful and a short walk. The stadium is a 15 minute walk from the house. If you want to stay as close to campus as possible, this is your place. The house in incredible. Large beds, enough bathrooms/showers, just a perfect house. Thanks to our hosts!

This house was perfect for gathering 8 ladies for a ND reunion weekend. There were more than enough bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen. Our favorite spot was the outdoor patio that provided the perfect spot to hang out and catch up with each other. The house was very clean and there is plenty of parking space. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the wonderful experience of renting Jacqui and John's home in South Bend for our daughter's graduation from ND. This is a beautiful home, newly constructed with all high-end amenities and furnishings. The home is wonderfully laid out for entertaining with a large kitchen, dining room and great room and large covered outdoor patio and yard. We were able to accommodate all of our visiting family in the 6 large bedrooms. There is also a wonderfully finished basement with bar, screening room, and pool table available. The location is extremely convenient as the neighborhood is directly adjacent to campus and less than a 10 minute walk. Just cross Twyckenham Drive and you're there. Can't say enough good things and will be happy to rent there again!

We rented this property for my son's wedding at ND Basilica. We could not have asked for a more perfect setting. We were looking for actual beds for elderly family members as well as an outdoor space for a large family dinner. The backyard/patio area complete w fire pit was phenomenal and suited our needs perfectly! No need for anyone to spend time indoors. While the home is adequately supplied we used our own china, silverware and glassware for family dinner as we wanted an elegant personal family touch. Plenty of parking. Perfect location between campus and whatever retail needs you may need. The groomsmen were able to gather at the house to get ready for ceremony on Saturday and the home provided the perfect backdrop for photos. This is a lovely home for the discerning renter who is looking for high end accommodations. A classy home obviously built with love and a passion for entertaining. Owners John, Jackie and property manager Mike were pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property for your large group that will care for the property during their stay so that it remains an elegant yet welcoming home for future renters.

This house is brand new and well appointed. Plenty of room for our group of 16. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the theater room. The kitchen was awesome. We were able to cook several meals. It was great. Easy walk to campus. Great location. John and Jacquie were great hosts. Would definitely recommend for a large group.
