Ceci est un très spacieux (1650 + pieds carrés), récemment rénové et décoré, dernier étage (2ème 3ème), coin Penthouse, 3BR / 3BA avec deux balcons privés pour s'asseoir et profiter de votre boisson tropicale préférée. C'est le meilleur emplacement dans le complexe Regency et se trouve sur la ceinture de verdure très convoité à quelques minutes de marche entre vous et la plage! Le condominium est situé dans le Regency Resort haut de gamme situé au cœur de Poipu.
La plage de Poipu est la zone la plus désirable de Kauai et a été récemment classée comme la plage n ° 1 dans toute l'Amérique. Mon unité est parmi l'un des plus grands condominiums que vous trouverez à Poipu! La taille et la disposition interne de l'unité offre un confort spacieux pour jusqu'à 8 personnes (espace supplémentaire pour les petits enfants) mais peut aussi bien fonctionner et est parfaitement adapté aux petits groupes.
Mon condo vient de subir un remodelage majeur (mai 2018), y compris de nouveaux comptoirs de cuisine et de salle de bains en granit, de nouvelles installations, la rénovation de la cuisine et l'achat de tous les nouveaux meubles et articles ménagers. Les nouveaux revêtements de sol en carrelage et moquette couvrent toute l’unité et l’apparence est incroyable. Avec des murs fraîchement peints, chaque pièce offre maintenant une sensation personnalisée. C'est vraiment un endroit incroyable où séjourner!
Le condo est également décoré professionnellement par un expert de l'île! Nous avons récemment acheté tous les nouveaux meubles haut de gamme en teck haut de gamme, 3 nouveaux matelas, le roi et la reine étant en mousse à mémoire de forme, un nouveau téléviseur 55 ", de nouveaux accessoires de cuisine, des jouets de plage, des œuvres d'art et des décorations. Avec le nouveau mobilier et la rénovation, cette unité se sent tout neuf.
Le plan d'étage est bien aménagé avec la cuisine et deux chambres sur un étage et la troisième chambre et salle de bains au deuxième étage pour une intimité optimale. Internet haute vitesse sans fil est disponible sans frais supplémentaires pour rester connecté si vous avez choisi de. J'offre deux climatiseurs portables pour 120 $ de plus par semaine et ils permettent de se rafraîchir après une journée ensoleillée. Les deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre peuvent être transformés en un roi. Extra dormir sur le nouveau canapé-lit queen size gigogne, matelas pneumatique ou lit pliant.

Depuis le condo, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas des jardins impeccablement entretenus, de la piscine, du spa, du barbecue et d'autres lieux de divertissement. Le Regency Resort est au centre du monde du golf de Poipu et se trouve à distance de marche de la baie de Poipu (ancien site du Grand Chelem). Le Regency propose de multiples piscines et spas, des courts de tennis, un barbecue à gaz / électrique ainsi que des patrouilles de sécurité 24h / 24 pour votre tranquillité d'esprit.
De la ceinture verte, vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied des trois plages de sable les mieux notées qui offrent un bain de soleil et de surf (Shipwreck Beach, Poipu Beach et Brennecke's Beach). Poipu Beach est une destination de choix pour les enfants en bas âge en raison de son eau extrêmement calme et peu profonde. Cela en fait également une destination de choix pour les plongeurs en apnée.

This property is a in a great location with a short walk to beaches and the house was perfect size for 6 adults. The house came stocked with all the beach equipment including a beach wagon. Overall, If you’re looking for a quiet location near beaches this is your spot.

We very much enjoyed our stay and your beautiful island. I will start with the positives: The condo was in a beautiful location, easy walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean. We appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was large enough to accommodate our group. AC and washer and dryer were a great convenience. There were a few things to be improved: one of the bathrooms did not have a door and only had a shower curtain in the opening. This was not shown in the images although we made it work. There is also not a large table on a lanai. This was pictured but not in the unit. We were disappointed in this as this was something we specifically looked for so that we could dine on the lanai. We also found a dead cockroach/waterbug under the sink in the bathroom on our last day there. We would have reported this although were were leaving the next morning. The bathrooms are dated with some mildew and could use some updating. All in all, we had a very pleasant time and would return.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Surrey, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. There were clear instructions pertaining to check in, recommendations for during our stay and check out. We picked this location for the proximity to the beach, and it is an easy walk. We really appreciated the beach equipment, especially the wagon! The sheets were so comfortable- we all want to know what kind you use?

Just returned from a perfect five days at the Regency 421. Felt like every need for my family and me was taken care of from the baby amenities (pack and play) to the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect with plenty of pools and very easy beach access. I was highly surprised with how roomy the space felt with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again!!

The property with its spacious rooms, loft, and amenities provided our family of 5 with all we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better, more centralized, location to see all of the sights on the island from Waimea Canyon, to Koloa Rum, to Sleeping Giant and Hanalei. The condo is within walking distance from beautiful Brennecke and Poipu Beach where we saw countless turtles! It is also just down the road from the beautiful Poipu Bay golf course, which is a must-play for any golfers in the group. One of our favorite things to do was make the short drive to Koloa Town for good food and shopping. The resort area itself is quiet and provides great access to hike the magnificent Poipu Cliffs and Mahaulepu Heritage Trail. The condo is well-equipped with boogie boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and other useful items. A great experience all around!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is spacious. Nice grounds, short walk to Poipu. The condo bedrooms were warm when we arrived. We texted about it and got a fast response and good communication from the manager. Just needed to wait for the AC to catch up. After that first day we were comfortable, but note this is not the place for you if you like to keep your bedrooms cold.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Right on the greenbelt and very quiet. It is just as the pictures show - very clean. I would say the only thing that could be improved was that it sleeps 8 but there are only enough towels for 6. We ended up having to go buy some extra towels. Otherwise, it had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location for visiting our 3 favorite beaches in Poipu! We took advantage of walking to see the sunrise and/or the sunset almost every day.
There were great amenities for our young kiddos (4 and 1&1/2) including a pack n’ play, kids dishes and beach toys.
We also put the wagon, boogie boards and coolers to good use.
Plenty of room for my husband and I, our kiddos and my parents. Highly recommend!

The condo had everything we could have possibly needed! Pack n play, high chair, gate for the stairs, sand toys, wagon, beach umbrella, coolers…you name it, they had it. The condo is so spacious and was perfect for my family of 5 and grandma and grandpa. The grounds and walking paths were beautiful. Short walk to the beaches as advertised. 3 pools to use were really nice. Air conditioning was great and helps with the humidity. Would definitely stay here again! Overall our family's stay was wonderful and Michael and Surrey's home is just as advertised. It was great to be able to walk to Poipu Beach for sunset or Shipwreck Beach for sunrise and a close drive to plenty of restaurants in Poipu. The unit had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and all of the beach items (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys) were amazing to have. Would definitely stay again!

Our family vacation was made better with the location and comfort of this place. Walked to beaches, enjoyed pools and the Poipu area. The washer was broken, but the owner was so responsive in picking up and dropping off laundry for us every day.

This place was just right for our group. We came here looking to relax from our everyday pace of life and Poipu delivered with its peace and quiet and beauty everywhere you look. We went to several beaches in different areas of the island and in our opinion the best beach is the one only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. And so many turtles! We thoroughly appreciated the beach equipment provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler), and made use of them every day. The larger property is beautifully landscaped and so enjoyable to stroll through. We also used the hot tub most days after coming back from the beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall a great and relaxing stay.

We loved the condo. A short little walk from parking lot but there was a wagon to help unload and it was perfect. Well equipped, clean, great beach accessories, including 2 umbrellas. Beautiful stroll to the beach and all the action. Would visit tomorrow if we could!

The house is exactly as advertised. A/C worked great, lots of space, and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. We also appreciated all the beach gear (including a wagon to take things with you!).
