Une belle maison de 4 chambres 2 salles de bain située dans un quartier très calme au nord-ouest de Bradenton. Aucune fête ou musique forte autorisée. Cet emplacement idéal est à quelques minutes de IMG et des belles plages de Anna Maria Island. La célèbre plage de Siesta est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Moins d'un mile des épiceries, des restaurants et des magasins. Près de la ville de Pirate et du baseball de formation de printemps au parc de Lecom (ancien champ de McKechnie) qui est seulement cinq milles plus loin. Si vous aimez la randonnée et l'observation de la nature, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Juste 2 miles de Robinson Preserve où vous pouvez faire des kilomètres de sentiers ou de kayak à travers les mangroves.

This was our second time staying at this property and it definitely will not be our last. I cannot say enough good things about the property or the hosts. Chris was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay.
The house itself is very clean and well stocked. Our family loved swimming in the beautiful pool. We also loved the location - close to stores and restaurants. It also was just a short drive when we wanted to go to the beach.
I highly recommend this property.

Our family really enjoyed space to spread out in the house and a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to use the beach chairs provided and cooler at the beach. All the trees in the back yard and pool created a very scenic and relaxing space.

The home was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, plus more, provided. There were beach chairs and a beach cart that we could use for going to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well in the quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool, which was fenced in and private. We felt like we were in our own little paradise! First time in Bradenton. We’re coming back. Have rented numerous times with VRBO and this rental was easily the best. As advertised. Chris was the consummate host and provided immediate attention to any of our concerns (there were very few). First home that we have chosen to return to. Hopefully for numerous additional times. Wonderful stay. In particular we loved the private, south facing heated saltwater pool. Perfect winter getaway.

Everything was good, pool was heated. plenty of room for everyone. The lanai was a great additional space to hang out. TV's in all the rooms was a benefit for everyone. Had a small issue with heat but Chris was there in minutes to address it. Had a big dinning table to celebrate the holiday together. And the green and red party lights was a big hit and the small christmas tree was a nice touch.

Our stay in Bradenton was a truly great experience. Chris was over the top quick to welcome us and answer any questions. The house was very clean and up to date. The pool is terrific and the proximity to beaches and things to do was very convenient.

We came for a lacrosse tournament in Bradenton and this was perfect! We had instacart delivered when we arrived and cooked the first night. Close to Anna Maria Island for dinners out. It had chairs for the tournament and for the beach! Quiet neighborhood so our girls were able to go to sleep early. We had a great stay!

The property was very nice. The house was clean and well kept. The pool was amazing for pur grandchildren. The air went off the first night we were there. However, after calling the owner, it was fixed withina half hour. She texted back later to make sure it was working and everything was okay. I would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderful, super clean, and well supplied! The pool was clean and nice! Beds were comfortable and we loved that there were beach chairs, a large cooler, rafts, an umbrella, and other beach items to use! This location is super close to shopping, dining, and gorgeous beaches. The owners communicated and checked in with us wonderfully. Not one complaint. We’ll definitely be staying here again when in Bradenton! Thanks for an amazing getaway from Pennsylvania!

Our stay was short but definitely great. We where there for my daughter's Track & Field State Championships at IMG Academy and the location of this home was ideal. It made for a short ride to and from which was great.

Our vacation stay was EXCELLENT! Chris and Sherry have a clean, organized, spacious, comfortable and beautiful house overall. The location was great: 15 min to the closest beach, 3 min to Fresh Market and restaurants were very close. The house had everything we could’ve asked for. It had a fresh smell when we walked in and everything was sparkling. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely responsive. Our family of 6 people and the dog will definitely be back!! We STRONGLY recommend this AMAZING place to anybody. Thank you again for opening your home to us and we look forward to next year!

We loved our stay in this house. It was clean and well maintained, the fenced in backyard and pool was just wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was well stocked with all the essentials - paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, beach towels and any beach gear you might need, there was even shampoo and conditioner! The washer and dryer was also a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here while visiting family in Bradenton. The house was just as advertised and the perfect place for everyone to hang out and relax. It was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of seating areas inside and out, and we all enjoyed the heated pool. As other reviews have mentioned, the house was stocked with everything we needed. Communication from our hosts was excellent, before and during our stay. I would definitely book again next time I am in town!

We were without water/power after Hurricane Ian devastated our town. The owners were very quick to responding and accommodating my family. We were able to stay a few days and let our kids relax after experiencing such a traumatic event. There are no words to explain how much we appreciate the owners and everything they did. The house was equipped with everything we needed. All the essentials for cooking, for a trip to the beach and even toiletries. The neighborhood is quiet, we had stores close by, the beach was ten minutes away and the house is very spacious. My communication with our hosts was minimal but I had all the information I needed. I let them know we would be arriving late and they even left the porch light on for us. The details matter. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we plan to come back.

This property was perfect for us! We loved everything about it! The pool was great! House is awesome! Plenty of beach towels, floaties. Plenty of patio chairs and tables. This is the first place we ever stayed that provided toiletries for all week. Usually, you just have starter items. Tile throughout which was great, especially if you had a pet. I highly recommend this rental!

Family Vacation
We were extremely happy with everything. We are a family of 5 with the kids ages of 17,19, and 21. The check-in process was smooth. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The house was clean. Towels, utensils, pots, etc was everything we needed for our week stay. The location of this house was ideal for us. It was close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants but not in a big hustle bustle area. The beach gear that was provided is a huge plus. The hosts communicated very well with us. We would stay again at a property owned by Chris 7 Sherry.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is excellent, we were able to beach hop and hit up 5 different beaches! They also have beach supplies, so we used those. The pool in the back was the kid’s favorite thing! The house is easy to stay in and easy to keep clean. When we come back, we definitely plan on staying here again!

Second time staying ! We love the location close to beaches, restaurants and Publix. The heated pool is an added bonus. Chris was quick to respond with any issues. Great house to unwind and relax.

Our family really enjoyed this home. They had beach toys, beach wagon, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. for us to use. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and the kids loved the pool! We wish there was an umbrella or canopy to use in backyard to escape full sunshine a couple afternoons while sitting pool side.
