Mon condominium est à Mustang Isle Condominium. Il est dans les limites de la ville de Port Aransas, dans la partie sud de la ville dans un quartier résidentiel calme, avec des magasins pratiques et des restaurants à proximité.
La copropriété est très proche de la plage. Une courte promenade vous placera dans 18 miles de belles plages!
Pour ceux qui aiment nager dans une piscine, Port Aransas offre une merveilleuse piscine communautaire à seulement cinq minutes en voiture de la copropriété.
Mon unité d'une chambre dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert salon / salle à manger. Une fenêtre traversante entre la salle à manger et la cuisine.
Le salon dispose d'un canapé et un siège d'amour. TV, DVD, câble et WiFi.
Ce condo n'a pas de canapé-lit seulement un canapé.
La cuisine de cuisine dans chaque unité comprend un grand four, un réfrigérateur, un four à micro-ondes, un évier double, un grille-pain, une cafetière, des assiettes, des couverts, des ustensiles de cuisine et des casseroles.
Les salles de bains comprennent une baignoire et une douche et une armoire de rangement.
L'unité a un lit king avec une grande armoire et une chaise longue.

Small, older 1 bedroom unit with kitchen and 1 bath. Thought the couch was hide a bed, but it’s not. But we made do.

Great condo, has outdoor shower for beach return and fish cleaning station. Very quiet and nice people all around the property. Easy access to beach and all things fun.

It was very nice the neighbors were nice and we enjoyed the shops and the restaurant and the beach we are looking forward to coming again

Clean unit, 6 minute walk to the beach, everything was straightforward and drama-free. I especially liked that the bedroom was a separate room from the entrance/living room. It gave us and the kids a little privacy.
*Important* Google Maps will give you 18min walking directions using Sandcastle Dr. Ignore those and instead walk down Anchor Drive instead, which is the first street after you turn right onto eleventh.

There is a condo directly behind the room. On both Friday night and Saturday night young adults were partying and had the music turned loud as well as their voices could be heard, till 3 to 4 am in the morning. The police were called by neighbors as well as us and yet on Saturday the partiers continued playing music and yelling loudly. Ruined our vacation and will NEVER stay here again.

The location was the best, close to the beach and all local activities. The condo was on the 1st floor so that was a super ++ as you know most all properties in Port A you have to fight all the stairs!!! The Condo was the perfect size for my husband and I and our Yorkie Bella. Stacy was very nice and personable to have as our host.

This unit was very clean and cute...i was very happy with it and the property manager was awesome as well..as i had never done this it was an amazing experience and will gladly do it again at this location..it was centralized, quiet, clean, and was exactly what i was looking for...PERFECT

We were excited to be in Port A but it ended up being a turn arou d trip. We spent one night, bed way too soft, and had to head home. Unfortunately i did NOT here from the property mamager once i alerted her to this. I wasnt looking for a full refund by any means but maybe something, or just some actual return communication would have sufficed. I will not be staying here once we replan our trip.

We were looking for a place to go to the beach for a few days with our two little dogs. This place was perfect. Had everything we needed in a place. It had a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom and it was pretty close to the beach. the hostess was quick to respond to any request that we had, the bed was pretty comfortable evidenced by the fact that we both slept much longer than we normally do. We like the fact that it didn’t have any carpet in it, so we didn’t feel bad about bringing sand into the place. It was a good value for the money it cost us to stay there. The appointments of the place are pretty basic, but that’s what we were looking for.

Condo rental was great! Quiet area and on-property washer/dryers. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway and only a few blocks from beach access. Will stay here again.

Ended up in a neighboring condo (no complaints because it was a nicer unit) when the A/C wasn’t working in the unit we rented that could really use some updating. A/C wasn’t fixed for a day and half after we advised owner, which wasn’t really her fault but didn’t get much sleep our first night.

The condo was so cozy and comfortable! We all enjoyed it and it had everything we needed. Tracy was so nice and answered all of my questions. I totally recommend staying at her condo and will definitely book again when I’m in Port A!

Property was very dated. NO electrical plug in bathroom! Air conditioner would not pull the humidity out of the unit. TV cable was terrible. Ok for the price, but I will look elsewhere next year.

Family Reunion
Husband and I stayed here since no pool needed. The affordability was perfect for seniors. We were able to meet up with our 4 kids and 6 grandkids at the beach and still retire early while the party continued at their place

This was the perfect place for us. Plenty of room, clean, everything we needed and just a quick, fun golf cart ride to the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

It is a very nice place close to the beach. You will not be disappointed staying here. I will be coming back next year and staying here. You want to visit Port Aransas now because in another 5 years it will be very built up!

Tracy was great , the only thing I didn’t like is there is no plug in the bathroom and the lighting in the bedroom was really dim, other than that we had a great time and the condo was perfect for us

2 min drive/ 10 min walk from the beach.
Was clean and had lots of amenities.

It was pretty clean, there was a used towel in the bathroom hanging behind the door. Overall the rest of the place was clean.
