After the horrible experience the man on the reception call to another hotel and they take if it was for the last minute.
Be careful if you are not Indian and maybe call to the hotels first

The location of the hotel.
Well behaved staff.
There is no lift. You have to climb up the high stairs. Also cleanliness of the room and sheets was an issue.
