Facilities are quite old. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are small. 24/7 service is quite poor. Mostly goes unanswered. Buffet menu is quite limited. Not Upto 5* mark. Service is also quite slow.

Most unprofessional! Harassed me like anything! I paid for the trip, checked out and yet calling me frantically for some pending payment! Apparently they forgot to charge but charged for the other two rooms I had booked! Total crazy and unprofessional! No Courtsey ! Untrained staff!

Not enough time to enjoy stay. Amenities in luxurious hotels are supposed to be much more. Like bath tub.

The beams outside the windows blocking view. What makes it worse was there was pigeon poop on the beams. Washroom hardware was old and worn out. Pool was not temperature controlled

It's like going home. They welcome you with such warmth and ensure all you need is taken care off. The staff are extremely courteous right from the portico to the managers. Overall an awesome experience.

The staff and hospitality is excellent. I especially liked the Black Lotus restaurant which serves exceptional Japanese cuisine.. Layo was very nice and helpful in guiding us. The chef entertained us well. I also like to thank Harjot and Abbas at reception who upgraded my room to club room which i was struggling to find online. The hotel is located right next to Secto17 market which gives ease to shop and spend time in the evening.Value for money hotel!

The electrical socket should be upgraded so that phone chargers can fit in there.
